The locality is clean amidst houses and pavements are free to walk around. The room given to us came with a balcony and a lounge. The lounge could be used to make tea. The washroom was equipped with toiletries and fresh towels. Upon requesting, a bath mat was provided. The bed linen was clean. After travelling through Araku, Ananthagiri, we were relieved to be in a clean Classic Boutique Hotel And Luxury Service Apartments with all basic services. Complimentary Breakfast of idli-Upma-coffee was provided with respect and care. Some fruit instead of the dessert would make the breakfast more complete. The traffic noise from the outside road was constant but we still enjoyed sitting in the balcony scanning the Gulmohar tree in front for birds.

The property is very conveniently located 500 away from the beach road, in a relatively tranquil residential neighbourhood. The Suite room has a good layout with a amply sized balcony. It was well maintained with spotless linen and clean bathroom. The Rooms were quite spacious. The surprise element was the quality of service and friendliness of staff especially Surya who stood out. The breakfast, simple but tasty with prompt service. The intent of the staff was 5 star and so was the satisfaction. Classic, Courteous and Convenient

The rooms are maintained neat and clean, felt like staying at home. Very calm and noise , pollution free environment. Staff are very supportive. Very good experience. Would prefer to stay again. And would like to recommend others. Only suggestion is to improve in limited food available in breakfast.
