Classic Residency

We had a day stay but they have not given bathroom stuffs also the room was hot and on the terrace.

Close to bus stand, room AC is good enough, Old building but maintained better, lift available, but the place is congested, open parking , No food service. No restaurant .

CHECK IN TIME 2PM BUT WE ARE GOING TO 2AM AND THEN THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT SO MANY INSECTS AND THE THE BEDSHEET WAD SMELLED, BATHROOM WAS NOT GOOD, ITS ONLY USE OF SHOT TIME STAY ON 2 OR 4 HRS, NOT GOOD FOR FULL DAY STAY.

It is not a hotel. It is a lodge. No dining. No toiletries, towel, drinking water etc was provided. Don't expect as a hotel. Old linen. Not worth for money.

Terrible stay room is very very unclean and we have vacated the room half the way not at all recommened for family to stay bath room is in worst condition. The room and the bathroom was full of cobwebs, the foyer and the stairs had cigarette butts and bottles lying. Extremely unclean and unsafe. the hotel owner were extremely uncooperative and non responsive. Extremely disappointed and loss of money for us.

Good stay for solo travel. Walkable distance to old bus stand for local sight seeing. Good veg restaurants nearby.

It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. Waste of money. There was no maintenance at all. You need to ask what is the meaning of cleanliness. Worst. You cannot step into bathroom. I am not able to explain the stinky status of this property. These staffs don't have any idea to improve the status of this property. I would suggest not to go this hell.

Very poor maintenance..... Cleanliness rooms lots of insects and TV are also not working and the window screen is also damaged... I will give a negative mark for that hotel

The toilet flush was not working, towels and other condiments need to be requested, tv remote was broken, ac remote was not working

We stayed as a family and there is liquor bottles & cigarattes smell everywhere. Not suitable for family members.

The location is good. Very near to bus stand. Many restaurants are available near by. But entrance to hotel need improvement. The water available for mouth wash is no way to consider it as good water mouth wash at morning at getting of the bed. No water is provided for drinking. Ambience is ok for that class of town.

Rooms should clean before check in. Staffs are not responsible

Everything is bad no house keeping service at least they didn't provide drink water wash rooms are the worst maintenance.

The hotel rooms are very badly maintained. Toilets are not clean. Cupboards, shelves had a lot of dust. I booked a room with a balcony. I couldn't open the balcony, it was very filthy and full of cigarette buds. Not very ideal for family and kids stay. It's located in a central place in mayiladuthurai. Please update. It does not have a dining place. Room service could be better.

Moderate hygiene. Can imporve on service a lottt. Price is too high but service is not that good. Overall average hotel.

Room area for the given money is ok. Location ok. Bath room hygiene not at all good. Reception needs to be improved. Lift doors making noise during night sleep. Foods not ordered hence no experience.

No restaurant attached no wi-fi provided leading to communication issues environment always filled with water because of rain water accumulation around

Room is not very clean and hygienic and my stay is miserable after paying so much of rent. Make my trip usually provides very good accomodation for me wherever i go in different cities. But this is not so.
