My stay was good but my i lost my peace of mind for 8 hours as i didn't get the expected support from mm t for the complimentary breakfast. I felt ditched by mm t as they were only trying to force to abandon my rightful cause of getting the breakfast promised. I got calls and emails from various executives of mmtwho were only trying to escape from the situation despite knowing that my claim was right. During booking breakfast was shown complimentary as a special officer. After payment was made the invoice showed no meals included. I emailed the screenshots where the offer was shown and irony was that the same offer was still valid when i was discussing. I decided to fight till the last and wanted to prove that i was being cheated out. But mm t till the last moment tried to prove me wrong despite the fact that they knew i was right. I believe in karma, and as a result the Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum staff who were seeing my hardahip with mm t finally spoke to their general manager and Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum decided to give me and my family complimentary breakfast. Mmt was not even aware of this as they were constantly trying to pull themselves out of this. The funny part is next day another executive called m at 11 am and asked me if i i could acknowledge the fact that breakfast was not a part of my deal, so that they could close the issue. Customer service at its lowest. Okk wanted to write this review same day but didn't get the time. But mm t, you have lost a customer and if you don't learn to hon-our your special offers and commitments advertised, you will surely loose more. As Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum took special care to provide me my request, i will continue my association with them in future but definitely not thru mmt. Thanks and good bye.

Pros - good Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum, good food, and good hospitality. The breakfast was very good - the good spread of vegetarian items. We loved the brea kfast. The staff and the manager were very courteous, supportive, and humble. The Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum ambiance also looks good. Enough car parking space. Close to major attractions in the city. Cons: 1. No hot water in the bathroom (they provided us hot water in buckets. They say it was a one-day affair due to the failure of some boiler/water heating issue. It was rectified the evening. 2. A kind of unidentified low-frequency noise- don't know if it comes from old air ventilators or a/c outlets from other rooms, but it was a full-time irritation. 3. There were no dental-shaving kits in the room. For this tariff, they should provide all toiletries. If they could rectify these minute issues, this could well be one of the best Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrums in thiruvananthapuram (trivandrum)

the property is located in a street from the main road while the approach to the property could make u think, the Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum as such will give you a decent experience. it has a storage parking lot n the the property is maintained well. the staff are cordial. there is a restaurant effort i thought the food is expensive. appx a dish would cost you ₹300 to 400 alacard.. rooms are clean. ofcourse there was a little problem with the access card type door couple of times, it failed to open, but the staff was very reactive when we complained n attended. food was average. towels were clean so were the bed. over all the experience was satisfactory n this place is recommended. but rem this place is possibly over priced. the management should consider this.

I wish to thank the management and staff at sarovar portico trivandrum for their excellent service and going the extra mile to help us during our stay. We had an issue with our car running out of battery and the Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum manager and driver managed the situation and really helped us out. Much gratitude for the help. The reception, response and attitude of staff is very much appreciated. Room is neat and decent. Service is prompt and the food at the restaurant is also delicious. Upon my request to provide gluten free chicken, the chief has taken special care and prepared one portion without hesitation even at the closing hours around 11 pm. Each of the staff at Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum and restaurant including bell boy are very responsive.

Situated near railway station trivandrum. Having plenty of parking space that's the main positive point. I checked in with two rooms, there were issues regarding ac and lock of main door that's were sorted out but it brings little discomfort to my children's. Breakfast was tasty with ok variety. Room's were ok not so much spacious. Pricing seems little higher side comparing to Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum o by tamara.

The stay at the Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum was good. Value for money. Liked the food though would have loved it if they served meals during lunch a small minor suggestion. Also the road to the Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum near the main road needs to be repaired not a problem of the Classic Sarovar Portico Trivandrum heard it has been like that for ages lot of parking space

We stayed in sarovar portico for one day, just to visit padmanabhaswamy temple. It is just 1 km away and very convenient if you plan to visit the temple, especially in the early hours of the day. The staff were very friendly and cordial and this made it much more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall great value for money, especially if temple visit is in your itinerary.
