Click Hotel Capital House

In overall i would rate the Click Hotel Capital House 10 on 10. It is a safe place, with nicely decorated rooms. Privacy of customers are the top notch. Unlike other Click Hotel Capital Houses in patna that looks good in pictures but not in reality, this Click Hotel Capital House looks more good in reality rather than in pictures. The food seems to be a bit costly but it's worth when you get freshly prepared tasty and hygienic foods. It's better to pay 5 or 10 rupees extra for hygienic foods than to eat unhygienic foods and pay 1000s in the hospital. I will always recommend this Click Hotel Capital House to my fellow mates. Thank you capital house, for such a lovely stay.

The lobby, restaurant, public area and the room was neat and tidy. Contactless check-in, social distancing everywhere was being followed by staff as well guest. Feeling good to stay in this Click Hotel Capital House. Would recommend for business travellers. Located centrally on frazer road near dak bangalow chauraha, food was good and staff were courteous, service was fast and smooth

I would like to add on as a suggestion. When i reached reception it was completely vacant for almost 10 minutes. After that a lady came who was annoyed and frustrated. She was very rude while talking. We have been opting for this Click Hotel Capital House since so long. But i had a very bad experience this time with that lady. Hotel management should take this as a concern as one of your employees sitting in such an important place can shatter your image. In my case i was your permanent customer visiting once or twice to patna.

The location is convenient as it is near to the railway Station. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The Click Hotel Capital House is safe and secured. The room was comfortable and the washroom was clean. The Click Hotel Capital House is also neat and clean. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a great stay for me.

I found myself satisfied staying at this property. Polite behavior of all staffs, best location, in the middle of town but in peace also, good food and all are in budget. You can enjoy snacks & beverage at their cafe on ground floor as well meal. Some rooms are compact else that everything is good.

The breakfast buffet was good . It was good in terms of taste and the staff service. The Kapil Eleven Resturant which is on 8th floor of the Click Hotel Capital House gives you a best moments of Kapil Dev. The food was very good especially creamy mushroom.

Hotel's room was good but charges should be less at basis of room space and overall conditions. - 4/5 breakfast was testy but variety is very less. - 3/5 location is in the heart of ptana - 5/5 basis of pricing- 4/5 best for couples and families

Location is very good. Food is also tasty and good rooms

Room service was not proper. Breakfast time is 7 to 10 am. When i have visited at 8 am all items was not in place as a result i have taken some items in breakfast which was available that time
