We had come to surat for 24 hours only. We had 3 superior rooms with breakfast anand 1 deluxe room without breakfast. When we checked in into deluxe room, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest left. The trash was as it is, the towel was hanging in the dryer rod. The bathing liquid in the shower was empty. For everything we had to call up and get the service done. But they responded well to my requests. We had high tea in the afternoon around 4. 30. Mixed pakora and paneek pakora both were very good. Grilled veggie sandwich was great. Tea was in a flask and more than enough qty. Overall stay was good, cant explain more than this as we had a short stay.

Property is very good, really good location, very clean, food is excellent, breakfast is too good, very nice and wide variety, service is very good, got laundry facility (same day evening delivered, got iron box when asked for, service is prompt, breakfast is ready by 7. 15-7. 30 am. Rooms are decent little small but appropriate considering big city and prominent location walking distance from railway station. Excellent experience
