First to say, sin-an- the caretaker was very helpful. The view is awesome and enjoyed even though it is an off season. Food was good and he arranged according to our preferences. There is an offroad stretch that you have to take to the property, it's not a big deal considering the location. Things to improve are activities and hot water quantity. One more thing, please fix lock on balcony door from bedroom. People like me won't feel safe.

We had a great experience there. This trip was a dream we have been friends for the past 5 years. For that we had to insist that the accommodation chosen should never be bad. So we are 100% satisfied with our choice of cliffotel. We loved everything about the facilities and behavior they provided for us. Well done cliffotel for such an unforgettable experience.

We booked 4 rooms for one night. It was a great experience. The location and view was very good. The nature of the staff was very good and cooperative. The rooms were cleaned. The staff arranged snacks in the evening after reaching there and the food was delicious. Overall it was a great and memorable experience.

The room - cliff cottage is worth the penny. It has got the best view you cannot get anywhere else. The service has been awesome from the sin-an the caretaker. He has been very helpful and even got us some urgent medicines from town. Only issue was the lizards and insects in the nights. Otherwise this is a gem.

We had a pleasant stay this resort itself is kind of a tourist place, this stay has a beautiful view, tea estate is a breathtaking. Food accommodation ambiance and service is the best. We had arrived late to the stay the stay people called and asked for the dinner and arranged everything to make us comfortable.

Beautiful stay and best place to feel hill station vibe. Digital glass birdge behide this property. Surronded with tea plantaions for morning walk. Zipline and gaint swing near by. Staff are good and chill.

The location and cottage was awesome, especially the mountain view. But the approach road doesn’t suit for small cars like swift, polo etc. Food isn’t good at all, food taste needs to be improved, especially serving hot food. Rest everything is awesome including staff.

We stayed in the cliff cottage for 3. 5 days. The view is amazing. The host was very sweet and friendly. They prepared food according to what we wanted and all the food we had was great. Would highly recommend cliffotel
