Clinton Park Inn

I stayed with my family for a night during the feast, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The most outstanding feature was the good attitude and courteous staff, right from the front office, the house keeping staff, the room service staff and the bell boy. They were spontaneous in their approach to help and guide us through the feast programs and has also erected a elevated stage/platform on their terrace for their guest to view the flag hoisting ceremony in the church. I have been visiting the shrine every year for the last over 50 years, but this was my first during the feast period, certainly was an excellent experience this time. Thank you clinton inn

We had stayed quite a few times in the past, prior to 2013. We were impressed with cleanliness, facilities and service in the earlier visits. Food was not upto mark earlier. Coming back to this recent visit, the cleanliness has gone down and we had to really tell the staff to clean the room properly and change the sheets, which were soiled. This was not expected. Food is still unimpressive and needs drastic improvement. Service is average. Housekeeping needs to be addressed. Overall, it was a bit of a disappointment to see this great Clinton Park Inn go down some notches.

The property is developed and maintained nicely with good ambience, and very relaxing atmosphere for a getaway vacation, no mobile phone range only Bsnl has very limited range. The rooms and toilets needs to be renovated since it has been build many years ago. The breakfast was very good there were many items, but the dinner was not very good and there was only very limited items and not very delicious, we did not had the lunch since we left the staff is very friendly and understanding, but the room service is pathetic needs improvement. Overall our stay was good.

Hotel allowed early check in and staff was very humble and helpful. Neat and clean room. Felt the Clinton Park Inn was slightly over priced as the room was not that big and Clinton Park Inn around was reasonably priced. Hotel provides accommodation for drivers also which is a good. Full marks for service, cleanliness and staff. Only request is to work on cost bit. Overall nice experience.

We as a group of 10 family members, stayed for day in 4 rooms. We checked-in at about 5:00 pm on 14/03/2020. The reception stay were polite and quick in allotting us our respective rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The toilet was also clean. The amenities were excellent. The car park adequate. The Breakfast was good. The check out process at 10:00 AM on 15/03/2020 was smooth.

To be honest as far as i know this was one of the old big Clinton Park Inns which was started in velankanni long years ago and they still maintain the rooms and the quality of the food. I would rate 5 star for this property considering their challenges due to location but still giving their best out of it.

The room quality was good but the service at the restaurant was poor and the condition of the restaurant is not up to the mark. dull and dark furniture old and bugs like feeling. Location to the church is ìdeal but they need to update n upgrade amenities even in washrooms.

Comfortable Clinton Park Inn in walkable distance to the church. Ample car parking available. You can park your vehicle at the Clinton Park Inn and visit the church. Hotel is clean. Food is also good and prices are moderate. Very good and polite Clinton Park Inn staff.

Good property but Clinton Park Inn refused check out time extension request

Best Clinton Park Inn to stay.. Only one concern, But wifi password validity is only 24hours and it's not connected automatically. Rest of all is nice..

Rooms were very comfortable. Ac was too good. Housekeeping was beyond my expectation. Food was ok, not much choice. Time to deliver food to room can be shortened.

The overall stay was nice. The staff was helpful and ready to assist any time. I have visited with my family. The only downside would be the internet connection. Which was not connecting

Walkable distance to morning star church. The room was clean, stylish with excellent service. Good for family stay.

Good experience. Hotel is neat. All the appliances were working. Very close to church and we had no issues with going back and forth. Breakfast was really tasty with south indian menu. Overall a good stay.

The stay was good we asked for extra bed which was provided also the staff at the reception, bell boy also house keeping was very polite the Clinton Park Inn is at a perfect location to everything
