Cloud 9 Hills Resort

Hotel location is good but the rooms are not worth of paying 6k.Very ordinary room with no facility

Room was very old.It seemed as if nt its nt cleaned at all...the towel given had holes in it....the floor tiles were broken in some parts....food was good .......

The resort property is good location wise but the service is not good .

Location is good. The property is also good, the valley view cottages have a fantastic view of the mountains, you can grab a good view of the sunrise. dinner was fine, for breakfast it was also OK, but only thing is there is no buffet system, you need to order it yourself.

Great property, value for money, superb scenic location, decently maintained, to the point basic hygiene, working jet sprays, hot water instant on demand, tissues, shampoo, soaps, good bed, checks all the essential boxes, justifies their pricing. Cons: 1.Food options (Only veg) and very basic old style menu, could have been better. 2.There's a running drain side of the main entrance road that smells at certain times.

We were looking for staying in calm and cool place where pollution is less. In hot summer, this was the perfect weekend getaway from Mumbai

not likely, heavily charged by mytrip. Pathetic experience, no any hospitality. I won't recommend anyone

evenrything was perfect, rooms were neat and clean , location is awesome , someone must stay at least 3 to 4 days to explore the property fully.

Open space (common area) buzzing must be restricted. This is not a very welcome situation considering elderly people or family.

Very bad experience, didn't got the room showed in the photo while booking, also didn't offered welcome drink and not provided dental kit, carried luggage from top to bottom, hot water not provided

Property's location is excellent for those who value scenic views. Little away from lonawala town but that is what makes it a very peaceful location. The view from various sit outs are beautiful especially in early morning and around sunset. . Food is very good. The volumes of each dish is sumptuous. The staff is very courteous and always willing to go out of the way to help. I would like to specially mention names of sahil thakur and rabindra sahu for good services.

Property has super location. Restuarant food was delicious. Staff also very polite and helpful. Good for a weekend stay in monsoons

Best place to relax. Just loved it. Wonderful food! very professional staff. I will certainty visit again. Very safe for women. I stayed with mother and sister.

Property location was awesome. Especially the room where i stayed had a perfect view of mountains from the room itself. Even we enjoyed the sunrise.

Overall stay was good but there was wifi issue and mobile network doesn’t support much. So if you want to visit for wfh purpose, i won’t recommend this property. Where is the discount voucher?
