Comfort - Really nicz stay ever as well as the breakfast is well, best room service. Worth for the money

Good, But not worth for money. Accessibility between hotel to other places not good (Eg - Bus stand & other restaurants ext).

Not so good, they used the room for another person and didn’t give money back. Overall I lost my money and just a waste of money and peace of mind.

Nice place to stay but horrible food. Dinner was terrible. We paid 2 k for dinner which was a complete waste of money. Their curd rice I dont know what it was. It didn't taste like curd rice i dont know what rice it was. The worst part was they serve you extremely slow. We had to wait for 45 mins in the dinning hall for the food we ordered. Morning breakfast was ok. We took safe side and ate bread for breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean. After lot of reviews We booked there but was very disappointed 😞

Staff behaviour was not good specially Mr. Azal. When I booked hotel they allowed 02 rooms for my family but at the time of checking I know that they have two separate building and both rooms are in different buildings. I requested Mr Azal to allot room in any one of building because of children but he demanding extra charges 1000 rs or said cancellation of booking. However there was no refund on cancellation. Then I call MMT team and after involvement of MMT team matter was resolved in night 23:00 hrs and they alloted two rooms in same building. There is lot of improvement is required to hotel staff to manage the things. Specially Mr. Azal who is employee to resolve the issue not extend. I requested to top management of hotel to look the matter and do needful. Thanks Visal from MMT team to resolve the issue and help.

I recently stayed and had decent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean/spacious with comfortable bedding. The amenities, including [pool, restaurant, etc.], were well-maintained. While the hotel itself was comfortable, its location was not ideal. It was quite far from major attractions, requiring long travel times.

I had an excellent stay, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The front desk team was prompt and courteous during check-in, offering helpful information about the hotel amenities.

Positives: -excellent service including infant related support -good view from hotel -market, good restaurants like prakrithi multi cuisine restaurant, kathakali and martial arts shows near hotel -tourist spots not too far -availability of small complementary games and in house spa at reasonable rates -good buffet breakfast negatives: -steep narrow dark way to hotel in last 50-100 metres -no life guard at swimming pool (warning board already present though) -noise of one room audible in other -less dinner options in restaurant

We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. They provided very clean rooms. Pool was very clear. Location of the resort is also nice. Room service was also good. I recommend this resort for newly married couple.
