Home made food(although options are really limited, the taste and service along with the amount they charge is more than worth it. Very friendly and courteous staff. Good spacious rooms. Ample parking space They take really good care of the guests and the driver. Cons : Located amidst a forest, hence no shops or market in close vicinity(3 km up or down to Dharamshala and McLeodganj markets) Until you have a vehicle of your own, or a cab, this place is not reachable. You will get beer/booze here, but it's very expensive(double the MRP for beer, and 150 Rs for a 30 ml peg, you wont get full bottles here). The property and the television are old(its a heritage Clouds End Villa | Rooms with Wi-Fi). No phone to connect to reception for any needs. Either walk down to the staff, or take their Mobile numbers and ring them whenever required. In short, if you are looking for a place to party, with loud music and fancy surroundings, this is not your place, however, if you are looking for a serene, quiet place to relax, away from the chaos of the city, you are going to love it.

It is really an unforgettable trip. It was just like a home away from the home. We found much more than our expectations. Very nice stay and courteous staff. Very calm and serene place. Location is not as it shows so please contact the caretaker of the property. The rooms were extremely spacious and were more like cottages with dining area, kitchen, sofas and tables for seating, divided by the wooden divider between the room. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The food served was what was cooked for the owners, which was very tasty as well. Veg and non-veg both were served.

Property is too good and value for money. Their staff and services are up to date. They have excellent location in DHARAMSALA, You can feel nature closer to you. Main problem is with approach although its direct route and any local one tell you accurate way because it's very famous but with location map which is provided by make my trip it became completely worst. So please update location on makemytrip website to make its approach easy for travellers.

The service is amazing and so is the property. Its a tranquil place must to stay at when you're looking to relax. The only negative is the location and you won't find anything close. The rooms were huge and super comfortable. Absolutely worth the buck.

The place is excellent and service is wonderful. The atmosphere is very serene. It was a family visit to Dharamshala and we all enjoyed the stay. The location is close to Dharamshala market and also within 3 km from McLeod. We plan to go back again to "Clouds End Villa".
