It was a good hotel located on good site, Rooms are very good, Swimming Pool on roof with mountain view. Hotel staff is very cooperative and its value for money hotel. But Check out timing is 10 AM

Don't go if travelling with kids

The staff was very rude. Had to complaint to MMT twice for rude behaviour and in one of the incidents, rhe staff called at room in the late night to say "you have mentioned child's age as 6 and not 6 years and one month". They even asked for additional money for kids(though everything was already paid for) as I was travelling with kids. It seems like they did not want to serve family visitors(specifically the ones with kids)

The property is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me in arranging the rented bike and even taxis, as and when required. One major part is the rooftop restaurant was not fully operational, due to low footfall and they need to get a new batch of linen and towels.

Everything was good of this hotel, specially staff behaviour was excellent. But water of swimming pool was not warm and also remote of tv was not available, wifi was not connected in tv and i was unable to find the option to connect wifi. Otherwise my stay was good in this hotel and it deserves 4 out of 5 in rating.

Food was expensive average on taste ac had wall remote difficut to maintain temperature. Parking was open, hotel is far from city center. Cleaning a confort was good only hand towels not cleaned.

familyStayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The manager and staff were very courteous and helpful. Their super delux room was good. Small things can be improved like making sure geyser and tata sky in the room works before check in as i had to call the staff to fix the problem.
