We stayed here for a day. The check-in/check-out process was smooth. The staff was courteous. The overall resort is located at a beautiful place and is maintained well though the location is almost on the Sea it cant be called as a Beach resort because rocky wall has been created to prevent Sea water entering the resort/buildings there. The photos/videos and photos are misleading. There are enough activities which can be done within the resort. In food, we liked breakfast and lunch but dinner was disappointing. Some of the items looked as if they are made from left-overs from breakfast and dinner. Overall the place is good.

Stayed there for 2 days with wife and a small kid, booked as a non member, stayed in superior room, resort location is excellent facing the beach in front and backwater’s in the back, property is full of greenery with a big pond in the centre, activities include a house boat, rafting, cycling, kids play area, evening cultural programs, fishing. Restaurant is good, buffet spread is not that huge but more than enough for families, food cost is bit high. Housekeeping, reception and all staff are very helpful and polite. Overall a good relaxing stay

Didn't get much time to stay. Was there overnight only. Rooms were good, not great but above average. Washrooms had only liquid soap at washbasin and shower gel near shower. Nothing else. Breakfast buffet was good too. Service was above average. Didn't get time to explore the other amenities at the resort.

First day was horrible but makemytrip really helped to sort out the issue. Second day after room change was amazing. Loved the place even though bit far from town.
First day, had a hectic experience but second day was awesome when they changed the room.

It was good. Nice and large property. Good food only con i felt is extremely low internet speed. Wifi caps at 1 mbps.

Front of the resort Beach, friendly locals, back of resort boating and fishing Lake. Well placed, fun activities, beautiful ambience, very polite and friendly staff, amazing food and good cottage.

All view is lovely, food little expansive. Over all good

Nice property situated at the prime Cherai location. The calm atmosphere inside the premise and once goes out we have the beach access. Variety of kerala cuisine for breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. It was value for money. Only suggestion to the Club Mahindra Cherai Beach is to improve the quality of sweets and desserts. Thank you

The resort is located at very good location, which has backwaters at one side and a beautiful beach on another side. Food is good, service is prompt.

Good ambiance for weekend relaxation.
