Club Mahindra Jaipur

Holiday Inn is located on Amber Road, not far from Amber Palace and Lake Palace. This made this an obvious choice for us as these were the two things we had missed on your previous Jaipur trip. As with most of Jaipur, and, in fact with most Indian cities, if you keep your eyes a couple of feet above ground level, everything was good about the Club Mahindra Jaipur when you see it for the first time. It has the usual Rajasthan style architecture painted with pleasing mixture of yellow and pink. We were received warmly by the staff and promptly shown our room even though we were early by 30 minutes. There were four of us with two children and the room was small for us but was nicely done. In fact it reminded me of other Holiday Inns I had stayed in. Children liked it and so did we. There was just enough additional room where they agreed to put in an extra bed. We decided to have lunch in the Club Mahindra Jaipur before moving out for the day. The buffet spread wasn't great but they made it up in the service which was again warm and homely. They could have done better with more of Rajasthani food, but it is my guess that the buffet was designed more for the many foreign tourists that flock to Jaipur rather than Indians. We still ate well and children did too as the food wasn't spicy at all. (We got our fill of the red chilies later at dinner at LMB, but that is a different story). Breakfast was really good considering that it was complimentary. Our experience with breakfast at most Indian four star Club Mahindra Jaipurs hasn't been great but here it was good. At least we got what we wanted - the usual European fare interspersed with traditional Indian stuff. Definitely, value for money, and more. Our check-out again was smooth. Service remained excellent throughout. I would recommend this Club Mahindra Jaipur to others, especially business travelers and couples rather than families as there isn’t much for children to do. To close, there is a request to management to Holiday Inn to keep the area in front of their Club Mahindra Jaipur clean just as they keep their interiors. The moment you step out, you are hit by the mud and garbage which as I said earlier it not unique to Holiday Inn, we even saw the same in front of pricier Trident but it would make the experience of their customers that much better.

We stayed in this Club Mahindra Jaipur for two nights during 16th and 17th october 2018 and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Travelled with my 5 years. Old daughter. Location is good and all the major tourist attractions are easily accessible. There is a nearby auto stand wherein you can get auto or electric cuts very easily for your commutation purpose. The rooms are maintained well and enjoyed the comfort provided. The best thing what I liked was the prompt room service. You call the reception for whatever requirement and within seconds your door bell rings. Keep up the good job. The buffet spread for breakfast lunch and dinner was great. The food was less spicy and perfect for kids and for people like us who don to prefer too much spicy foods. The prices are on the higher side for the in-house restaurant food but it is your choice. During the breakfast lunch and dinner times the people serving you in the restaurant are very warm and always available with their smiling faces. They keep asking for feedback about your experience, food quality and listen with sincerity if you have some suggestions. My daughter enjoyed the puppet show. I just had one concern which I already pointed out to them. During morning time on the second day an old western couple happened to enter our room by mistake by swiping their card meant for some other room in the same floor. It was a pure mistake and they apologized and left the room. But both of us were wondering how the card which was meant for another room happened to open the door of our room. The reception people noted down our complaint and probably will look into it, but for me this was a serious breach of privacy. The card should not have opened our room door. Overall HOTEL Park Regis is made our stay in Jaipur memorable and would definitely recommend this Club Mahindra Jaipur.

The Club Mahindra Jaipur is very conveniently located and easily approachable. The property is spacious and has a dedicated parking space. I had booked a suite room for my stay and it was great. Very neat and clean with all required amenities. The Club Mahindra Jaipur staff are helpful and courteous. The only scope of improvement would be the food, I did not find it upto the mark, considering a four star Club Mahindra Jaipur. The buffet spread for dinner was limited and even lacking in taste. If the food quality is improved, there would be no grudge at all. I would again look forward to staying in this Club Mahindra Jaipur. Definitely recommended.

Nice location towards near to Ajmer, Agra route and alos near to Jal Mahal & Amer Quila, over all satisfied with the services. We were suppose to proceed towards Agra next morning so choose this property to avoid traffic and it really helped us to move out of city avoiding the city traffic hurdles. Less options within the Breakfast even the taste was not so great over all satisfied with services.

The Club Mahindra Jaipur is located very near the Jal Mahal and has easy access to all the 3 forts. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide quality service and are always ready to step up. If there is one area which needs improvement, it is with respect to food. The quality of food is good but the variety and taste isn't that great. It's passable fare and not bad. Don't let this dissuade you from staying at this place as it has a charming atmosphere and comfortable stay.
Very well maintained rooms and prompt service. Not much of a view from our room but it wasn't bad either.

I am a frequent business traveler who has stayed in this Club Mahindra Jaipur for months with the same excitement level every time. The pillar of strength for this Club Mahindra Jaipur is its excellent staff. They are highly experienced and treat the guests with honor. Pristine spacious rooms with regular housekeeping makes your stay comfortable. The only drawback I would say is their exorbitant WiFi pricing. It is complimentary for an hour and extra for 24 hours. With recent improved economical fiber net services in India, I wish they reduce this pricing.

I have been at this Club Mahindra Jaipur twice before. The first time when this property was called Holiday inn. So everything is perfect or nearly perfect. Jal mahal, Nahargarh fort and Johri bazar all are nearby. Perfect Club Mahindra Jaipur for day 1 of Jaipur trip. Because you visit these monuments/markets directly and check-in when you are tired, go for a swim till 7:30 pm, drinks and eventually sleep. Breakfast is also good. I highly recommend Park Regis for day 1 of Jaipur trip.

The Hotel is a true four star. However the Reception Manager and Reception staff don't like clients MMT. There is no free WiFi. No free Snack Basket even though On MMT Voucher it's mentioned. Staff provided a small cookie plate in our room with poor quality Cookies. I have posted the image of the Actual Snack Basket and the compensated Cookie plate. Inflated the prices above MRP and took 5% GST on Minibar and snacks. They pretended as if the rooms were provided for free.

Very hygienic. Professional staff. Excellent food quality. Perfect in other activities like puppet shows and safe nights. Very well maintained. Will be staying every time when I will visit Jaipur again. Will refer others as well to stay there.

We stayed for 2 days in Park Regis and staff is so friendly in this Club Mahindra Jaipur, cleanliness, food and service is excellent. Highly recommended.

The location is definitely an add on. I liked the staff behaviour. The Club Mahindra Jaipur ambience is also nice. But I didn't like the fact that receptionist told me some money for the early checkin and actually charged me extra and I clearly remember he mentioned different amount plus taxes but overall it was worth the stay.

Absolute value for money. Its a great place to pamper yourself. F&B (coffee shop) staff was excellent. Overall a very great place to stay and relax. A MUST VISIT !!!

Room provided where AC was not working and foul smell of whiskey was there making me uncomfortable and after several reminders they changed our room . Breakfast spread was not so big but it was okay.

I have been staying in this property for almost 15 years. The location is perfect, staff is courteous, food is excellent. Overall nice hospitality and value for money. I wish them all the best.

The rooms are done very well and the new lobby is equally pleasing...but the breakfast buffet is average and there is always an issue with hot water in the showers...but complete value for money! Quite centrally located between Amer, Ramgarh and Jaipur city!

Absolutely fantastic Club Mahindra Jaipur, superb location, very clean. Reception were friendly, they were warm, pleasant with a brilliant team of staff who are only too happy to help. They welcome us with a fabulous atmosphere. Good amnities, restaurant had very good food. Staff always helpful, ultra friendly staff. The Club Mahindra Jaipur room was modern and comfortable.
