Club Mahindra Kanatal

We started our trip from Ghaziabad at 6am and managed to reach by 1230 pm. Thanks to the better road conditions and less traffic in the morning, it saved us a lot of energy and effort. The location is very beautiful and scenic. You have kodia jungle just bang opposite and you can walk through. We went to another route of kodia jungle where we paid 200rs for forest entry and used our pajero to access the jungle. This another entry for jungle is around 800mtr from Club Mahindra Kanatal. Keep in mind at certain points the dirt road is quite narrow. Anyway we managed to drive approx 8 km in the jungle. There was nothing much to see and it is absolutely isolated and quiet. A day before we went to surkanda devi temple and we were not ready for it. The climb is approximately 1. 5 km. It is all worth it when you reaach the highest point and to the temple. This particular peak is highest in Natal and the view is spectacular. We did also go to Tehri dam and it was disappointing as we needed prior permission to access it. You can get the permission at the spot but it is after lot of hassles and time consuming process. Apparently if you have UK vehicle number it does help to cross the dam. As the locals were easily able to access it. Anyway to wind up do carry lot of change in your hand and medicines. The nearest town Chamba is 15 km away. Jai mata ki and enjoy it max.

The staff needs to learn simple courtesies which is completely lacking. The balconies are extremely small. At the hills you don't want to be confined to your room. Lot of training and development of staff can make this a better place to stay. Room furnishings are comfortable but not plush. Food is overpriced compared to the quality of ingredients and presentation. Overall improvement is required. I would not recommend or go back to this Club Mahindra Kanatal with the positive being only the spa which also is partially operational. The bathroom does not have a provision for 24x7 hot water supply which is not acceptable by any standards.

It was a nice stay at Club Mahindra Kanatal. We reached Club Mahindra Kanatal at 2 PM. Hotel is on the road so no hassle to search the Club Mahindra Kanatal. There were various activities in the club Mahindra premises. However, we have opted for Jungle safari. Club Mahindra staff arranged the Jeep with some charges. It was a nice experience. In evening some activities has been planned by the Club Mahindra Kanatal which was really good. Overall we enjoyed the stay and recommend for others.

We went to a short trip to Kanatal and we found this property really good. Food was awesome but cost was little bit on higher side. Spa was really really great. Sudden invitation for Karaoke arrangement was awesome. We had a real blast there. We have also been to the other property of Kanatal in our last trip which was better in terms of view and room quality (The Terraces, Kanatal). This is good in terms of Value for money.

Location is no doubt awesome. Rooms on higher floors offer excellent Valley view. Hospitality is not like other resorts of Club mahindra. Food is OK not so tasty. There is one small restaurant FOREST CAFE just outside the club mahindra gate. It offers delicious and hygienic food at very nominal prices. We tried that once and after that we used to go to that place for every meal. It was simply awesome.

We stayed at the Club Mahindra Kanatal in Aug 2018. Had a really comfortable time. The weather was superb with clouds all over and among the hills. The only thing that can be made better was the hot water timings. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and the room and the property was clean. Will definitely come back for a longer stay. Thanks team.

It was an extremely wonderful experience among serene environment and modern comfort. Very good and comfortable stay and quick support from friendly Club Mahindra Kanatal staff. A nice place to stay if you are 2 couples travelling, because the villas are in pairs. The place was nice an cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Club Mahindra Kanatal is nice our kids had a great time in fun zone. The staff of the resort is very helpful and cooperative. The beakfast we had there was owesome. Over all nice place for weekend destination. The only thing I would like to request is the restaurant prices are too high they should reduce the buffet price.

Staff are really cooperative... I called on room service at 3 am for water and they provide water within 5 min, I was really impressed with service. Quality of food was really good.. But there is problem of WiFi connection.

Overall a very good stay. Nice location. Nice food. Corroborative staff. Clean environment.

Very nice environment. Very good facilities. Children's are also comfortable with game zone and other facilities. Room services are very good. Rooms location is very fine ... We all were very enjoyed at mahindra club resort.

Not very extraordinary but worth staying one night. Nothing much to do around. Better go there in a group. The resort has very expensive food options. The resort has a nice bar. Nice valley view from the rooms. Rooms are neat and clean. Drinking water available in a jug, no water bottles, which is surprising.

It was a memorable stay at club Mahindra Kendal. Hotel services were also quick. Staff was very cooperative. View from balcony was excellent. However, food prices for non members are very high. Monkey menace is another problem in this Club Mahindra Kanatal.

The rooms are clean and we'll furbished. However the only problem is that you get warm water only from 7 to 11 in morning as well as in evening. Rest all is fine. They have a nice gym and activity area also there.

It was a nice experience staying there. Great location and food was also good. Spa and activities are bit costly but otherwise its worth a stay. Best time to visit here is when there is snowfall in month of Feb mostly. Booked the Club Mahindra Kanatal through makemytrip app and got it pretty cheap.

Had a nice time. Staff was really helpful and specially Mr. Pradeep helped us a lot with food section. There was a lack of activities and less entertainment in comparison to other Mahendra Resorts. ( eg: karaoke was missing). Food was really good but the variety was less but overall the experience was a good one.

Wonderful location, excellent service awesome buffet breakfast and rooms on top floor are best for view of the valley. Service is very quick. The gym is at top floor and nicely located with glass all around with spectacular views.

Prepaid Taxi Charged Rs. 2560/- for 80 km which is bit high. While on return, Club gave Taxi for 2250/-. Club is charging Rs. 485/- for one sandwich which is too high. Otherwise location and climate was superb. The Club is arranging activities everyday at 7:30 pm with DJ for guests to enjoy the evening.

Nice Hotel with very good location and with a nice ambience. Good clean rooms but food is little bit on higher cost as well quality was not matching with reputation of Club Mahindra. Yes the best part of this resort is its location and peace.

Natal is a very secluded place and Club Mahindra Natal is further 4 kms away from Natal. There is only a small Cafe and few small shops outside the resort. No Banks, ATMs or Medical shops. The Forest area opposite the resort was a nice area from were you could have excellent views of the snow capped mountains.
