Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort and SPA

After battling Mumbai traffic and an extremely hectic professional life for over 6 months, we decided to take a break and took off to the picturesque district of Coorg for some "Green Therapy". We chose the authentic-looking Coorgi property of Club Mahindra, Madikeri. And decided to stay put in the resort for a few days. I have to admit that this was probably one of our bestest holidays till date. All thanks to the wonderful staff. Right from the time, we reached the Resort Portico, the smiling faces & always eager to help demeanors of each member of the Club Mahindra team was an absolute delight. A lot of our couple goals were achieved this time. We worked for a full day in the Planters Bar, where Murugesh kept us well- fed and well- hydrated (wink!), with our favorite music in the background. Sayali & her team always ensured that we had the best table, even though, every day we were the last ones to reach Green Cardamom for breakfast. Sadiya booked us in for a much-needed spa session & always made sure to check in on us. Gagan stayed back late one day, to explain the benefits of the Club Mahindra membership to us. We would like to extend a very big Thank You to the entire team, for making this holiday so special for us. We will soon be back for more, guys :)

It was a pleasant experience~property is nice, well maintained right in the middle of forest surroundings. Room was spacious with a wonderful balcony, very well furnished room with full amenities like mini fridge, kettle, locker, toiletries sofa, study table etc. Front office room service & house keeping service response was good. Since we visited in april sometimes need was felt for air-conditioning or a blower system to circulate outside cool air inside the room when balcony is not open-able at night for security or privacy reasons. Hygeine was bar was a little disappointing looked inadequately furnished with a small tv. Swimming pool area was not attractive enough. Happy hub was a nice experience with games for kids and family events including karoake night. Breakfast was very good with lot of choices. Food was generally very good. Overall experience very good !

I was pretty impressed by the vast safety measures taken you by the resort and what really impressed me was the condoning off of the buffet area where the staff was specialy designated with the task of serving members thereby ensuring social distancing in terms of serving food at a time like this. The pandemic has taught every one to be clean and ensure unhygienic habits of touching the food counters with the same hands with which they eat and many a time i have spotted people touching their faces and with the same hands touching the food and serving themselves which was disgusting. I hope this becomes a regular procedure so that no one other than designated staff is allowed to touch the food. Really appreciate the procedure adopted by the resort.

We (7 adults and 3 kids) reached at reception on 9th april 2023. We all are from same family. One of my family member who is senior citizen( 75 yrs) forgot to take her i'd card. The receptionist replied rudely stating we cannot issue rooms until you submit the i'd card. We have already given id's for all other family members and only one is left. We have to request multiple times and finally he agreed to issue rooms. ( we booked 3 rooms. This kind of behaviour was not expected and this spoiled every one's picnic mood.

Staff, amenities, food, rooms, services, play area, adventure activities, breathtaking view- everything was top notch. I can vouch for this place. Starts with welcome drink and one ends the day with belly full of scrumptious meal and live music. Coffee plantation walk is a must if you visit this place. All plantphiles make sure to stroll around the resort. Option has buffet table serves all age groups and all taste buds. Courteous staff and quick service is provided.

We had a very relaxed stay in this beautiful property surrounded by lush green forests. The staff here is very helpful especially helping out with kids. The only downer was that if it rains, its difficult to go to the restaurant as it is so spread out. They do provide buggy service but when it rains, you get wet anyway. Also, the slopes And stone pathways through charming are not convenient for prams.

The staff took great care of us during our stay. The property was kept very clean and breakfast was nice. The food is quite expensive at the Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort and SPA so we decided to eat lunch and dinner outside. Saved us 4k per day. The activities are good and keep the gueats engaged from morning till evening. Overall, a pleasant experience. It is a nice place for families and couples.

Although it says 5 star Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort and SPA on the app, it's more like a 4 star Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort and SPA. However my stay was very good. The resort is very large and spacious for roaming around. Happy club has a bunch of activities. Food here is among the best that i've had in any Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort and SPA / resort. Loved the complimentary breakfast

while the property was excellent, vast and had lot of activities with a good spread of break fast, but had few minor concerns. -was not able to reach over call even after multiple attempts to different numbers, -the kettle in the room had some water (probably uncleaned from previous guest) - the buggy vehicle to pick luggage while checking out took more than 30mins to come

The stay was short and sweet but the tariffs were little expensive compared to other properties available at better prices. Food was also expensive but taste was ok

Both food and property are excellent. Cleanness is very good but cultural activities are limited. Location and view of property is now nice

Beautifully located full of flora and fauna with good ambience. Staff is willing and cheerful specially Ms. Prajwala. Food is good with large spread of items. Hotel has lot of activities for the guests. Overall very satisfying stay.

Location is awesome. Need more variety in veg food. The taste is also not up to the mark

Excellent place to stay with family as lots of engagement activities for kids, as well as adults, excellent food and personal care taken by staff members, makes the stay more memorable. They have arrange a cake and a music play, especially for me, makes my birthday a grand one. They know the art of client satisfaction.

We went for our engagement anniversary which we had informed upon check-in. We hadnt booked any special service with them but when we came back to Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort and SPA room after our outing we saw the room decorated. Thanks to the staff members
