Club Mahindra Mashobra

Club Mahindra has excellent customer service. Staff is very professional and helpful. The lady at the front desk was very helpful (forgot her name). The location of the place was a big "let down". It clings to a village that has severely congested roads & open drains. If you park your vehicle even for a minute outside the main gate of the property, there could be a chaotic traffic jam. Property needs renovation. The ledges of our room were broken and some of the furnishing needed repair. Prices of the room and food could have been reduced. Facilities were great. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property, its upkeep and the surrounding scenic village was good and provided us a peaceful vacation. The choice of food and the service is quite good; but quite expensive considering the quality of food was just above average. Like many Club Mahindra Mashobras, they provide an awful welcome drink, which makes you wonder what is in store for you. I fail to understand why many fail to understand that since a welcome drink being the first touch with the customer, you better get it right or get off it.

We traveled to Shimla during Christmas holidays 2016 along with 2 families with kids. Upon reaching the property, we were really delighted to select the Club Mahindra property @ Mashorba. Everything at the property was really nice. The Supervior Annu Thakur takes extra efforts to ensure that our stay was really great and comfortable. Kids also enjoyed at the play area dedicated to kids. Thanks once again to Club Mahindra for memorable holidays and special thanks for excellent staff like Annu !!!

Room was excellent. Location is in rural Shimla away from traffic. Overall great experience our stay in the resort was excellent .. It was a very relaxing tour. Club Mahindra resort is a must go for peace of mind and enjoy the fresh and pollution free environment. The resort staff is very polite and always keen to serve. Overall great experience.. The location Mashobra is better than Shimla.. This season is also very lively - people are very warm here - rooms have great view of nature.. Comfortable place.. One must plan minimum 3 nights to enjoy the place.. Parking space / this is key requirement in Shimla - also driver stay/ food facility.. Morning one can go for walk around this place.. Come back and enjoy breakfast.. Outings throughout the day.. Night times are funny.. Place has plenty of activities.

I went Club Mahindra Mashobra with family in Dec 2016.. It was a relaxing place... Although I felt that location was too silent. Fun zone was good.. But it was chargeable for few activities.. Activities were done to engage guests... Staff was very soft spoken... Resort building was in a bad condition from outside... Food was good... I felt buffet was a bit over priced... Breakfast variety was good. Fun zone is good to keep children engaged... Overall nice place to visit...

The staff is very good, cooperative and helpful. Location is very good. Food quality is good but for all three days, most of the food items were same. It's safe location for couples, solo or family travelers. The kettle in the room gave electric shock due to leakage current and fan was not working though the staff cleared it immediately but these things should be carefully taken care before room is handed over. The location should have a very good library.

Room was good. We enjoyed Outdoor activities the most. We felt relaxed there. It was really a nice experience with club mahindra. I really appreciate the food, cleanliness and hospitality there. Staff is very cooperative... Food was good... Evening activities and fun games were also good. Our kids enjoyed a lot.. So at the end I would like to conclude that it was a worth tour.. We'll continue our good relations with club mahindra. Good luck.

This property is located near Mashobra away from hustle of Shimla overcrowded tourists. The property itself is good with amazing food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you wish to travel for some alone time with your partner then this is one of the better resort than putting up on Mall road.

The good thing about the Club Mahindra Mashobra was the activity in the evening. The Club Mahindra Mashobra is good for the family having kids. As the place like Shimla, one will not get the Club Mahindra Mashobra easily with plenty of space but this Club Mahindra Mashobra has plenty of space and also provides very good service.

Room location fantastic service was awesome totally calm atmosphere a number of games available which are enjoyable. Especially kids enjoy a lot. Quiz competetions we're very much interesting meals were awesome

From my travel experience across the length and breadth of the country, I can say that the hospitality of Club Mahindra, Mashobra would A'S be at the top most level. The staff is extremely courteous and polite. The room service and daily evening activities are great. The food quality and variety is very good. Overall, it is a true value for money and worth visiting again.

Beyond expectations. To be honest it was my first visit in club Mahindra and as I was not a member, I was little hesitate, before choosing this Club Mahindra Mashobra, but these people are just superb in every aspects, don't think just book.

Very nice location of the resort. Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Services and facilities are well maintained. Food seemed to be the only feature that was not exactly value for money ... Tea was especially not at par ... Play area and other fun activities were quite engaging and fun.
