Bad service, unclean rooms, and no basic amenities. Not suitable for families with infants.

It is far from trivandrum. We can stay in trivandrum and just spend the day in poovar backwater, beach and see 2 temples and return. They are giving good rooms to their members and far away rooms to make my trip bookings. Food is very costly transport from city to resort is double than uber fares.

Rooms are average. Cost of food is sky high. Better to go for poovar island resorts. And staff also not courteous

Highly dissatisfied with our stay in club mahindra, poovar(kl) may be the worst among other cm facilities. After paying double the charges at 10k, terrible day started with no toiletries, broken kettle, no packed drinking water, dirty water cans with stinky water, no laundry bags, extra bed after 2hrs and 4 reminder calls, bed bugs, no lift, stinky rooms opp to power control room and service area, looks similar to grade 3 lodge. The highlight is the reception, very bad attitude, poor english, no courtesy or cooperation, less informative, typically worth for 3rd grade lodge and no surprise from cm. It's like museum and u can only see things and money for everything. Very poor kitchen, so costly, unhygiene, very limited options, poor service that goes without saying, many ordered from outside and swiggy/zomato. I have escalated the issue with mr. Anand mahindra asking him to come and stay here and enjoy the day. Overall all, worth for nothing and u ll be embarrassed infront of your family and friends.

Not worth for the money. Good resort but the price was way too high. Very good ambiance and good place for kids. Lot of activities.

No hot water on morning hours, salty water on taps, fridge not working, restaurant service was pathetic, no attention to guest, overall experience was not so good. Fix the issue of salty water and hot water in washrooms- club mahindra failed to meet the experience met the guest relations near the restaurant before check out but they were only trying to sell the product- have a long way to go interns of service

Stayed for one night in poovar. Great hospitality and service! good activities - the boat ride in the backwaters is a must do. Went for kanyakumari early morning - good travel arrangements made by the resort. Overall a memorable experience

It was only Mr. Rabin who was prompt enough to understand our needs, else the room quality was pathetic, not Worth a cost which was charged. Food variety and quality was not at all good. In all not a stay which I would feel to repeat

My family stayed here and they had a very comfortable stay. Swimming pool in Club Mahindra have always been good and so was this. Overall nice stay
