Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra

The property is situated on a hill top in the mohul jungle of naldhera. The main building seems to be restored but the old colonial aspect of the british era is quite visible and is good example of fusion of modern and colonial architecture. Check in is a bit slow process. The rooms have excellent view of the jungle with short balcony visits by the jungle residents(monkeys. The Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra has good amount of activities like mountain cycling, trekking tours in the mohul jungle as well as nearby pine plantations. The village tour is a must try it gives you a flavour of the true himachali lifestyle. Visits to tattapani and water sports can be arranged on request. Room service is a bit slow and for some reason (which i was not able to understand) certain food items from the food menu like juice icecream etc are not served in the rooms. Food experience overall was awesome especially the nonveg and veg curries served in lunch and dinner buffets. Breakfast buffet menu was quite elaborate but lacked the nonveg meat element which was just confined to a single dish which was a little dissapointing. We had decided to try the asian restaurant in the property but we're not able to fit it in our schedule. The property has spa also (with very reasonable rates)which you should book a day in advance as it won't be available on the same day as all the slots are prebooked by guests. Apart from this there is a full activity dedicated floor which has a pool table, video games, a variety of indoor games daily evening karaoke, djetc. Now the punjabi review as well bar was a little dissapointing as only kingfisher light was available and overall choice of alcohol was very limited. The thing that i enjoyed daily was my chevy craze roaring in the ascent to the property from main road which takes about 3-4 mins and the downward drive is also very thrilling. We had to activate the sports mode of the skoda superb to finish the ascent to the Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra. So i advice to take a powerful car or an suv to comfortably reach the hill top. In my opinion pristine peaks is a good 3-4 days stay option with your family that rejuvenates you from inside out with the calmness, natural beauty of the mohul jungle along with awesome food.

One of my best stays in last few years especially in hill stations. Would have been the best if I ignored behavior and attitude if front desk manager. Brilliant location, serene view, well maintained, was surprised that it was actually Club Mahindra owned property. Very well maintained rooms, sumptuous breakfast and dinner. Good activities. Now for the part that left a bitter taste. I had booked the stay through MakeMyTrip. As part of the package, I was given person meal voucher. When I called the reception prior to having my dinner, receptionist clarified that I can use this for any food item during any meal. While I was checking out, I realized that the voucher hasn't been used and I was charged for food. When I enquired the receptionist, she wasn't able to waive it and asked front desk manager to intervene. He was the most arrogant and demeaning person I have ever met in hospitality industry. He said that the voucher can only be used for buffet. However, when I told him that we enquired reception and they confirmed that voucher can be used for any food item, he said that I was lying. When I asked for policy document he asked to contact MakeMyTrip customer care for details. I finally spoke to resort manager and things were taken care. Had this incident not happened I would not have complained.

Hotel is located at 20 Kms distance from main Shimla Town atop a hill. As the name suggest, it is surrounded by Pristine Peaks and greenery. You can have a clear and great view of Valley Around. Perfect place to be if you want to stay outside hustle and bustle of Town. Hotel is newly constructed and have spacious rooms and good interiors. Morning breakfast buffet was also good in terms of different cuisines and taste. However, room service menu rates are insanely priced, and should be looked into by management. I had a bit of issue related to driver stay, as Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra does not have any arrangement for dormitory beds, and asked driver to sleep in car. It was a bit discomforting that such a good and big name does not have this basic requirement. I believe that most of people staying in property were traveling through their own vehicles, and would have drivers with them. Otherwise it is not possible to commute to/from Shimla Town on daily basis.

Though a bit far from city centre, but who wants hustle bustle of crowd when one is on a holiday and the objective is to relax. This resort worked perfect for us, as it had great views, very comfortable rooms, bathrooms and bedding. Staff was icing on cake. Restaurant feels upmarket and food and service matches brilliantly. The spa is a must try. The massage we had there was by far the best we have had in the recent past. Very clean and comfortable massage rooms and nice spa. I would like to give my special thanks to Mr. Aditya who is looking after the reservations, and is always looking to go an extra mile to ensure comforts of his guests. Keep up the good work team club Mahindra. I will be visiting you guys soon.
Very spacious room with great view.

The location of the property is mesmerizing, add on to that the spacious rooms along with a small kitchen with basic amenities makes it awesome for group travelers. However the drawback is the variety in food, though I can't complain about the taste as it was amazing. Lastly, the entertainment quotient can be upped as the indoor games have restrictions when it comes to the time limit, which should not be the case as the day ends early on the hills and there should be some mode of entertainment that people can opt for late evenings as well. Overall great stay :)

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The quality of the room, cleanliness of the interiors, behavior of staff, etc were impeccable and impressive. The breakfast thought greatly restrained in variety, was above average. What should improve is the quality of in resort add on experiences. A simple walk by yourself into a nearby forest could set you off by a few thousands. The objective seems to be revenue maximize ion than creating genuine guest delights. Apart from this, enjoyed a well above average stay and service!

The Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra was good but basic accessories should be available in the room like Bath robes, toiletries like body wash, body lotion, dental kits, room slippers should also be provided without requests. Should improve Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra by adding gym Though fun zone was quite good Hotel location was awesome Interiors were very good seems like a royal castle

My Club Mahindra Pristine Peaks,Naldehra stay experience was good, staff was very supportive and facilities, cleanliness, location all up to the mark. Specially food was very good. If you include your breakfast and dinner in booking amount package then it would be better. Otherwise food may be the higher Side price wise but food was very delicious and good.

It’s a beautiful property, far from hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are well designed with all facilities. The view from balcony is incredible. Food is average and service can be improved.

Situated far from populated shimla, this property is on the top of the hills with beautiful valley view. If you enjoy treks then you can go from behind the property and you love the pines and blue sky with mountains in front.

Awesome location, very clean, neat and tidy, reminds me of our DSOI. But sad that it's not very senior citizen friendly. Overall an excellent stay

This is great property. Mahindra has done good. Every thing was perfect including the room comfort, service and nice cuisine. Though a little pricey. Will surely go again.
