Property is good, but food options in buffet are limited as per property standards, had better buffet in less expensive properties in India. Also, only 3 baby chairs are available in the restaurant, out of which 1 is broken. It being a family resort should have more than 5-6 baby chairs in their restaurant. Overall property experience is good, staff is well mannered.

Location 10/10. But food and staff not worth ...Nobody will care about your peaceful stay but will see you as future customer with whom they would want you to invest...Their hospitality is0/10. If not their member I would not recommend to anyone or else be ready for a 2-3 hours conversation in your short stay of few hours. Kid activities are chargeable with hefty charges.

Our recent stay at Club Mahindra Naldehra was truly delightful and memorable for the entire me and my daughters . The property itself is nestled in serene surroundings, offering a perfect mix of comfort and natural beauty. What stood out most, however, was the hospitality. The warmth and care shown by the staff made us feel at home right from the moment we arrived. I would especially like to mention Radhika and Mahak from the Front Office, whose cheerful attitude and personal attention ensured a smooth check-in and made our kids feel completely at ease. A big thank you to Pooja from the Entertainment team, who went out of her way to engage our children with fun activities and games — they were genuinely excited every day! Also, a special mention for Abhishek, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always ready to assist with a smile. The combination of a well-maintained property, scenic location, and such a thoughtful and attentive team made our holiday not just comfortable but truly memorable. We left with happy hearts and look forward to visiting again soon.
