Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar

19th oct was my anniversary and I planned to reached on same day. Before reaching 2 days I was trying to contact the Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar but couldnt rreach them, even with the numbers provided by MMT. I wanted some special arrangement in my room but couldnt get through. On the 19th mornign I contacted MMT and connect to Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar. The person from Hotel sd he cannot do any special arrangements on the same day, eve though I had more 6 hrs to reach Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar. Very disappointed there. The first impression was very nice location and open space for the price of 8000. The first day room had lot of problems as we reached in afternoon I had to request for hot water supply as I have 1 yr old baby. The Cable connection was not working and the refrigerator was also not starting. It took 2 hrs to recitif the problem and in the evening I was asked to shift to other room for TV facility. I swiftly moved to the room next door and then after that never faced any problem. The room service was excellent and quick. I being foodie person I enjoyed everydays breakfast at wislons cafe. For the last night of the trip I tried the buffet at wilsons and as expected it was very awesum. Little expensive but overall the food is expensive in mahab. Overall a very good experience in the resort. Would like to recommend to others as well

Pro's: 1. Responsive and helpful staff. 2. They organized an outdoor dinner on our first day of stay, complete with celebratory lighting, fire pots, DJ and food. 3. The rooms are spacious but people who wants to relax can get Jacuzzi in only 3 rooms/cottages, came to know when I checked in into resort room service boy informed me. 4. Breakfast is good with different varieties and quality. Cons: 1. No Wi-Fi, and no phone signals in the room. Wi-Fi only available at Winston's cafe & reception the strength is very low. Resort have non-veg food, bar and lounge which is missing here but there is a Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar opposite to resort which has veg & non-veg which is of ok kind of food. Items and Charge of dinner needs to be changed which are not much of worth what we pay. 5. Last but the least people who wants to relax and stay in Mahabaleshwar should lookout cottages or other resorts which are giving extra facilities with same or less amount/packages.

The property location is very good & is very well maintained. The check-in was very quick. The staff is very supportive & always there for you. Initially, after moving into the room I was bit disappointed as there were no hand towels provided & in-room dining menu was missing & I had to made calls for that but given the weekend rush that can be ignored. Also they don't provide WiFi service in the rooms. The best part is the food, especially for Vegetarians as they serve Pure-Veg food only but with limited options. Both the Indianian as well as outlining "Wilson Cafe" has a nice ambience. Overall this resort was worth a stay. I would recommend this Resort to other travellers ...

Hotel location is bang on Panchgani road and one can easily find the same. This Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar is very near to Keys point. They provide Room only package to you as they do not include the breakfast post GST. They have Ala Carte facility available in their Wilson Cafe which is nicely created and we can oversee the swimming pool. We had booked Luxury room which is OK type of. Cottages are nice but we did not get the booking of it. Food is good but breakfast items are little bit expensive. Staff is always ready to help. During our one night stay it was all fog around so it made our stay awesome in this property.

I booked this Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar for my family as I was celebrating 10th year of our marriage. Overall I liked the location since it is bit away from crowded town and in between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. The food was good. My children liked the stay, they enjoyed the food, and my 7 yrs old son enjoyed playing table tennis and billiards in games room. The musical night arranged by Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar with dinner was great experience. On second day my kids did enjoyed the magic show. The staff was good and helpful and services were good.

Holidays are the time when individuals look forward for some personal space besides having some fun. If you are looking forward to enjoy the nature in Mahabaleshwar and still want to stay away from the rush then Saj resort is the place for you. Excellent location so near and so far from the Market, well planned and equally supported by the services. They also have a very good kitchen and serves delicious dishes right from thali to Chinese and pav bhaji and what not. So in all, it was dream come true experience. Get there get rejuvenated.

The location is bang on road( the location being Metgutad village). The Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar is tastefully designed (the taste being just the right mix). The rooms are available in three formats - based on your personal choice, taste and requirements. The rooms are neat and clean with an uncluttered arrangement of furniture and accessories. The service is what has been impressing with adherence to No-Noise and no disturbance policy. Food is available in both a la-carte and in-room dining format.

Myself and my wife are extremely happy with service and the menu, though thr menu is basically Gujarati menu. Room was awesome. But only one aspect which i want to bring to the notice of the management is that the cleaning material used for cleaning the first floor lobby gives foul smell, we have already brought to the notice of the staff at the reception. Please provide some South Indian sambar also. Be assured that we will come again and stay in your resort only, whether South Indian sambar is provided or not.

Very good property, nice staff, issue free booking from MMT. Good entertainment for kids and can spend time in the games room with table tennis etc. Hotel staff is supportive and polite. Great place to visit.

Good overall very good, room quite small but staff and service was very good.

It was a pleasant stay. Although rooms were quite small but service was good. Good food, decent variety available for breakfast and buffet. Pure vegetarian restaurant. Activities available for toddlers and kids, nice play area. Overall value for money.

We wanted to relax and this resort offered some amazing room, amazing facilities. Swimming in pool was fun .. Very good and trained staff. Got good deal from MMT .. Rs 3650/- for luxury room. We enjoyed a lot.

It was a good stay and we have complimentary breakfast which was also very good with variety of items in it. The restaurant comes with live music with good taste. Non spicy food. Drinks not allowed in restaurant area but can be delivered in room.

OK Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwar with good play area for kids however normal rooms don't have a good view. Food is not bad. Location is good.
Cleanliness was an issue. On a hill station good view is always the foremost requirement, which was not at all satisfactory. Food variety was good lacks good preparation.

The place was earlier part of club Mahindra chain it seems, overall nice place to stay but u don't have much valley view, also food and room charges are relatively high when compare to other near by equivalent Club Mahindra Saj Resort Mahabaleshwars, rest it's a nice place. One will enjoy the stay there.
The price of the room was high considering the other options, rest stay was good.

Food was great, room were clean, but didn't received proper support from office team as they denied to provide GST tax invoice copy.

We were there only for one night. But 2 nights could have been a better plan, we liked the place so much. Also their children play area is well maintained. That was a big plus for us. Our kids could have a very nice non spicy lunch on the day of our arrival.

Excellent service, clean resort, large rooms with excellent facilities makes it a very pleasant stay. Food was good staff is courtous. Nice place for family outing. Property is maintained well. Look forward to visit again
