Stayed in club mahindra virajpet for 2 nights in mind-november. Scenic location. Not very close to any tourist attractions or wildlife safari, etc. But there are enough activities in the resort to keep us occupied. Just walking in the coffee plantation around the resort is quite relaxing. Food is excellent, but service is slow sometimes. Courteous staff.
In the current situation, safety and hygiene measures have to be a priority at any Club Mahindra Virajpet, Coorg/resort and club mahindra has taken it seriously. Other than the standard temperature checks and and sanitizer dispensers, there were several other measures. Like sanitized pens (use them and and drop off in another bin for sanitizing again. Or replacing restaurant menus with qr codes. And the 'assisted buffet' - you still have all the choices but just can't serve food yourself. Overall, it was a comfortable experience and we came back with the confidence that we didn't take any undue risks.

Club mahindra virajpet lived up to the reviews that was posted in various forums. Planned a visit with family for a short getaway. The resort is a 5. 5 hours drive from bangalore with scenic roads on the outer fringes of nagarhole tiger reserve. The resort follows best safety practices for covid19. From check in to check out, many touch less practices are in place for safety. Resort has many activities for kids, with a play area (indoors and outdoors, cycling, adventure sports and plantation walks. They also org-anise activities for kids like mask painting, races, campfire, etc. Food is either al a carte or buffet, both are quite good and tasty. You also have room service via gourmet express. Food prices are on the slightly higher side, but you do get value for money.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly and polite front desk staff. Lot of activities to keep kids engaged. Clean and pleasant swimming pool. Beautiful property for family to spend couple of days. Good food. Smooth check in and check out experience. Overall it was a great experience. One improvement area is the waiting times in the live counters during dinner, esp for veg starters. The older people in my group lost patience and did not wait and did not try the starters. In some Club Mahindra Virajpet, Coorgs like marriott, i have seen a person making note of all live counter orders and noting down table number, and serving the order when ready. People need not wait around and make a crowd. Pols see if you can also do this.

I booked two suit rooms for a night. Although the check-in time was 2pm we reached 5. 30 pm, our rooms were not ready, we had to wait for half an hour and then they offered one room followed by another which was not adjacent. Rooms were very spacious but old regime flooring and sanitary fittings. Had excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. Checked out at 10. 15 am. Reception staff tried to etra charge for my 9 year old child and 15 min delay in check out. As i was about to lose my temper, they gave up their effort for extra charges. Although the premises are very good for a family vacation. All activities for children are available in the resort.

excellent property and very convenient to use activities. front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful(especially arjun). property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. overall, i had a great experience with the (cmv); staff was incredibly helpful(deena), and the amenities were great. the room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a wedding anniversary…would definitely send friends and family there.thank you so much. one more thing the staff at this property are all great! they all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. please (cmv) give your staff awards!😄. hope to see you all soon (cmv)👍🏻

We traveled to Coorg 2 days ago and chose to stay at Club Mahindra Virajpet. The Club Mahindra Virajpet, Coorg was good beyond our expectations. Kudos to the entire team, they never let their standards go down. Staff, there is very polite and courteous, always ready to help with smile on face. We went there to celebrate my birthday. We went out for sightseeing that morning and when we came back there was a birthday note and a cake waiting in our rooms with flowers. That surprise made my birthday more special. A big thank you to the whole team, we really enjoyed our stay. We will come back soon.

The food, be it room service or dining in at the restaurant, I found it bit expensive. But I love the place and staffs are always found helpful. I never had a little thought of stepping outside the resort during my stay due to the lovely nature feel and ambience within the resort. The check-in/check-out process is definitely the quick one I ever experienced so far. Though the valet parking facility is available it's sad to See my car parked outside the hot Sun. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent place of stay. Clean & spacious room. Courteous staff. It’s sprawling 32 acres property with thought out activities made available for an enjoyable stay. We stayed one night , guess an additional day would have been desirable to unwind a bit more. We had taken full onboard hence all 3 meals were really good with great choice items. In all we had a memorable stay. 👌

It's an awesome stay and the staffs were so patient and courteous.

Quite a decent stay theme dinner was very bad i genuinely feel the copper vessels were bringing some strange smell to all the curries it wasn't tasty at all

The Property is huge with most of the amenities which are required to enjoy your holidays. The highlight is the food with lot of options. One of the best food I have eaten out of all the club Mahindra resorts I have visited. The service from the staff is really quick. They all are eager to help you. The Chef in the restaurant specifically communicates with all the members and were taking a feedback as well. Bottom line worth visiting and spending your time out here

Good but approach Road is horrible, they can at least fill up the trenches, old people getting through unimaginable, cars with low clearance, at your own risk But once into the place, it's superb

Many activities for kids keep them engaged for a long time. They enjoyed food with so many varieties included in breakfast. Pool side dinner with music made evening pleasant.

Enjoyed living here. Must visit. Although quite far from City. Quite self sufficient place

Overall did enjoy the stay and hospitality of staff and good experience. You have number of activities to stay occupied. Kids will enjoy.

Good food lot number of varieties, but it would have been nicer if there are some more free activities.
