Normally i won't put review for my completed stays. But i think this has to be reviewed. I got this stay in a budget price and i doubted the quality of the stay. But this was above my expectations. One of the best stay i got in kochi. Not only because of the quality of the rooms but also the hospitality they have given to us. If you want to enjoy your stay just go for this. I really want to thank the manager of the property. He came to help us beyond the limits. Also the staffs. 5/5. 100% satisfactory stay

The CMK Habitat Centre has all the facilities available. We were personally happy and satisfied with the service. The CMK Habitat Centre we got had a/c, tv, kitchen and all necessary facilities. We got clean water. The CMK Habitat Centre was clean and hygiene. The parking facility was the only negative aspect i felt. Rest, all things were upto the mark. The CMK Habitat Centre was clean and hygiene especially the bathroom. We will visit again and recommend the CMK Habitat Centre to our friends too.

Loccation is close to the highway and other places of interest, but slightly inside at a very peaceful area, away from noise and pollution. Clean and comfortable, rooms are fairly spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Simple but delicious breakfast was served in room daily. Kitchen facilities and equipment is very basic and lacks a water purifier. Overall a very good stay. Strongly recommend for others.

It was an amazing ✨ my first visit to the south and first booking with them .. it was wonderful experience and the owner sir is so friendly, helpful and very very kind. And all the staff is also very nice and the place and Ambience is very very friendly. I will definitely gonna book them whenever I'll visit there. I'm lucky and bless that i book them . And it's was worth paying and amazing experience.

Felt home. Stay. Cleanliness. Staff discipline. Everything is top notch. Loved staying there. We overstayed one more day just for the atmosphere.

I booked a standard room and these are pros and cons. Pros 1 accsebility to the CMK Habitat Centre was easy. 2. Parking for 3 to 4 cars easy. 3. Service at room and others was quiet pleasent. 4. Very good behaviour for the staff. 5. Room was an average one. 6. Toilet is neat and good one.

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
