Coastal Bay Beach Resort of Dapoli

The property is good at one of the best locations. Rooms and food are nice. There are lot of maintenance issues. We had booked 2nos. sea view rooms out of the very few and on reaching found one by one that air conditioning, bathroom lights, door lock keys, key holder switch were not working. Due to the Airconditioner issue we had to change one room to a room without any view and the other room we had to suffer one night without airconditioner. Although the staff is very cordial and decent but could have done better with the upkeep of the place before guest arrival.

It is a 3 year old hotel, well maintained, clean, it has a big lawn to enjoy the evening kids can play around safely. Food quality, taste is good too. Highly recommend.

Stay in coastal bay resort was good rooms and toilet were clean and well maintained.

Property location was nice with beach view. Property lack of basic amenities like handwash, moisturiser etc. In washroom. Paying near 6k would expect these basic amenities atleast. Food is average with very minimum option in breakfast and no tandoor food is available overall ill give 2. 5 rating out of 5

Stay was good, the room was clean and the view was amazing and easy accessibility to the beach from the resort itself was the best part. Food, however, needs improvement.

Value for money. Service is excellent. Go for rooms on first floor. Ground floor rooms will not give you good view for the sea.

Place is good, but the issue is with network, there is no network around that place, apart from it stay is good, but then food and restaurant service can quit be good. They lack services in food

Rooms are spacious and good. Food is also okay. Location wise its perfect. Loved the view. It’s just beside the main road and just in-front of the sea. But disappointed for its cleanliness. Lots of cleanliness is required for everywhere.

Third class room service and restaurant. Don’t go with photos. Good for nothing. Cleaning is huge problem. No proper service and food is big issue

Very pathetic room service and food. It’s not worthy for what customer is paying for.. we had our breakfast, lunch and dinner outside for all 2 days… This hotel is charging very high for stay and good for nothing.. This hotel doesn’t have refrigerator and service to prepare food for kids…. No restaurant service throughout the day. Cleanliness is very big issue here… No one to attend your call at reception and restaurant. This is very genuine review and just don’t go with photos
