Coastal Grand Highland Parade

Sometime off from work and the busy life we lead has become a necessity in today's life. To feel fresh, take a break from the busy schedule, spending time with the family and friends in a cool, relaxed atmosphere is the best option. So we choose to stay at L. A Flora Highland Paradise, Kodaikanal which is located in a area free from crowd, cool and beautiful. It is a nice place to stay in. The staff were very kind and always loved to serve the guests. Their happiness was actually in the guest's satisfaction. The room was clean and the mattress was thick and of good quality in order to suit the cold climate. Television set and the cable option was not in proper working condition. The restaurant in the Coastal Grand Highland Parade was good. Room service was also good. Hot water was available throughout. Shampoo and soap were provided. Body lotions or other creams [lip balms, cold creams, etc . ]Must be carried as Kodaikanal is a dry place. Indoor games like carroms, chess, table tennis etc . Were arranged which provided a chance for the family to spend quality time with each other. There is a kids play area too. Taxis are also available nearby or will be provided on request in the reception. Rooms were cleaned on request[daily].

I would rate 5 out of 5 stars for this Coastal Grand Highland Parade . Really the stay was wonderful. The Coastal Grand Highland Parade is in the outskirts of the town, so less noise and located at a hill top which gives good scienic views. The room service and Coastal Grand Highland Parade restaurant are the at their best . The hot and cold water service runs 24*7 (worked for us). They are really cooperative with us. Morning dishes were so delicious and all that . Just loved the stay . Thank you La Flora team . Hope for superb future for you guys.

The view from the rooms are awesome as its valley view. The road to the Coastal Grand Highland Parade is little narrow and steep, if you are not an expert driver you might find challenges climbing up. There is enough parking space .room service is good. Food is reasonable rates. Kurunji temple is just walkable distance. A super relaxed stay, with a budget rate .
The view from the room was awesome and had a big window .The manager was very helpful and had helped in local site seeing .

The Coastal Grand Highland Parade had a great view of the valley with several rooms looking out towards the excellent view. The rooms are spacious and clean with 24x7 hot water supply (needed as the temperatures can go quite low). The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager of the place. As the place is a little away from the main city, you need to have transportation, either own or arranged.

The room was neat and hygienic. Food in the restaurant was very delicious and the price is also affordable. View from the room is very scenic and adequate car parking is available. Most of the amenities in the room were not working such as telephone to room service, water heater and tube lights. If these issues are taken care this will be one of the best resorts to be in kodai.

The location was well selected to see the palani valley from the resort. The ambient was fully green with beautiful soft green grasses. But the interior of the rooms at this resort are old fashoined are to be renovated otherwise staff are polite and humble. Worth staying here if you have an average budget.

Alright, so the resort has a beautiful view. The staff was amazing and polite but the only thing that wasn't great was the cleanliness of the room and especially the bathroom. It was dirty and wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet seats weren't proper either. But other than that everything else was fine.

The resort is situated around 40 feet down from the main road. Road facilities very very bad leading to resort from main road. We found some difficulties to take our car to main road. The car prone to stuck in the middle of the road. Resort wise is good and making food also good

Over all it was good, we enjoyed the Coastal Grand Highland Parade, food was good and quantity was less.

Property location excellent for site seeing and enjoy the climate. Food is normal. Safety really greater than what we expect.

A good Coastal Grand Highland Parade with great location, friendly staff, good service clean. Value for money. I stayed there 2 nights with my family. Only disappointing thing was breakfast, expected more variety and bread or biscuit should be available in breakfast.

It was good, location was beautiful. Very nice valley view.
No tumbler or hand shower or jet was there for commodity.

Rooms are good and view is also amazing but there geaser was not working so we had to adjust with the cold water in such a low temperature and the staff there doesn't provide even cutlery for free until and unless u buy food there.

Access road was a difficult, but resort was very well maintained. View from room was very nice. Indoor games were good. Children play area was nice. Food well prepared.

The location is a bit hard to reach and away from the town but the place is decent, staff were really helpful as well. They arranged us cabs to visit places. The food was great as well

Loved the boost, Coastal Grand Highland Parade service, food taste, patience on order customisation, i was surprised to find all this in a remote mountain, bird watching is something you will enjoy all along
