Cochin Palace

The Cochin Palace is located on a quiet street near a major traffic signal (Kadavanthara) which is around 35 km from the Cochin airport. Although the facade of the Cochin Palace is not very brightly lit or welcoming, I received prompt service inside. The room was neat and clean but small in size. There was not enough space to put a couple of chairs although a small round table could have been provided, which was done on my request. Room service was prompt and food was reasonable in taste and pricing. The Cochin Palace has its own underground parking and a ground floor restaurant but no Bar. I requested for a taxi for my journey ahead which was promptly provided through a travel agent at a fair price. All in all, a value for money offering, especially for business travellers.

Overall experience was pretty good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was neat and comfortable. The Cochin Palace's location was close to the offices i needed to visit. The breakfast included with the stay was a bit limited in choice and that could be improved. Items i ordered for lunch was filling, tasty and hygienic.

One of The best Cochin Palaces in Town! We stayed for a night and The service was great, especially The staff. They were amazing, helped us with our bags, let us leave our luggage bags at The Cochin Palace even after we checked out, breakfast etc. I would highly recommend this Cochin Palace to anyone looking to have a pleasant stay!

Good location and service. I had stayed in this Cochin Palace earlier also and had complained about the bed which was not comfortable. I told they have changed the bed and now it seems better. The wifi is always a problem there. The signal strength in different rooms are different and in any case below acceptable level.

The Cochin Palace seems to be nice. The upholstery on the furniture seems to have a few stains. Bathroom is clean too. But instead of asking the customer to call for an amenity kit, it would be better if you left one in the room. Overall the quality of service is on point. These are just minor suggestions.

The Cochin Palace provides all the basics for a comfortable short stay. Good location in city, well furnished rooms, (though some of them like bathroom door worn out. Only small restaurant with less items (for breakfast buffet also. Food quite costly also. Worth only you have run out of better options.

Brilliant stay and experience. The service was also good. Centrally located in Cochin and was easy to travel around. The staff were very helpful at the Cochin Palace. Wi-Fi was free in the room and enabled us to contact near and dear ones easily. Thank you Cochin Palace for a wonderful experience.

Stayed for four days from 30 dc 2023 to 03 jean 2024 and found it is a good Cochin Palace for stay and breakfast is good. They have better arrangements of breakfast
