Awesome experience in the Cochin Seaport Hotel 1) With respect to hospitality: excellent 2) With respect to service provided by the staff especially receptionist: very gentile, down to earth and polite. 3) With respect to location: Easily approachable with good connectivity for Cherai beach, Fort Kochi, and railway station point of view. 4) Complimentary breakfast made my trip memorable with delicious south indian food stuffs. 5) Time to time cleaning 6) Good speed wi-fi in each room of the Cochin Seaport Hotel. 7) Within budget, you will get very good rooms having AC and refrigerator.

Have recently visited this Cochin Seaport Hotel and stayed for 2 days duration. Location of Hotel is not that much Good - Not that much tourist spots near by:(, If you have your own vehicle for transportation, then this would be the right choice of Hotel. Facilities and Condition of the Hotel is Excellent. If Anyone looking for Relaxation or Vacation - This is one of the best place for Accommodation. Its very nice experience staying there. In future also, if i visit Cochin - I would stay in this Hotel only.

The property is located not very far from city Center, in Vypeen Island. It's easily locatable and looks new and well maintained, and is by the side of the road. Fairly good area of open parking is available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, cozy, spacious and comfortable. Vypeen beach and other places of interest are close by. Breakfast was homely and tasty though spread was limited. Overall excellent, value for money.

I stayed only for one day with family in executive room. Hotel having good clean rooms, restaurants is very good with money worth for price. But I find more suitable for business stay for male bachelor as beer bar is attached with Cochin Seaport Hotel and you may find drunk fellow running in Cochin Seaport Hotel premises. For couple of day staying is ok for family. Located at good place in Cochin. Having good view from 5th and floor above.

The Hotel is good at the location. The reception and staff were nice and hostile. I would recommend to stay there as its very close to VIpin port. Easy to commute and Uber was good enough to take you any part of the city. Ideal to stay for 2 days and can proceed to other parts of Kerala, like Kollam Beach, and other good places.

The Cochin Seaport Hotel for stay is excellent. Location of rooms which was given at seaside which were very good in all respect. Restaurant was also good and beautiful but the service was time consuming, it needs to focus that services must be fast. Overall everybody may stay without any hesitation.

Above all asking customers to give feed back with minimum 200 characters from the marketing team is disturbing.

Definitely go for this Cochin Seaport Hotel. It's new, has very good staff and very good location. I stayed here with family for two days. It was all fine. Better you take lunch only from here. Breakfast was not good but as said, lunch was good. I would definitely go for this again.
