There was termites in the dressing table and bed bug on bed and some we-rid smell of something going bad!and fungus here and there

I stayed there for few hours only. Locality is superb just few steps away from main candolim beach. Stay was decent and good. Room and bathroom was big and clean. They also provide towels and toiletries.

Property is good. Located close to candolim beach. Rooms are good as well. However i found the management a bit rude. The hotel owner/manager whoever he was, told me that my booking was only for one night. Where as my booking was for two nights. I was unwell so wasn't able to check the booking from my end. I had to check out after staying one night. The hotel must ensure that such goof ups don't happen.

The hotel is very close to the beach & has decent rooms. However, the service provided by the hotel was pretty average. We had to wait for 30 minutes to check-in even though we had a confirmed booking from mmt.

My wife and i had a good stay here. Ambience of the location of this hotel is really good. Very near to candolim beach(100-150 meters. Good and responsive room service. 24/7 hot water service, mini fridge, power backup, toiletries, 2 bottles each day, ac etc, *no parking space*. You will have to use pay and park service 50rs for every 4hours for 2 wheelers. Ac was leaking water drops but caretaker/owner was really responsive enough to offer us another room for sleeping. My wife and i had a good stay here. Ambience of the location of this hotel is really good. Very near to candolim beach(100-150 meters.
