Coco Lagoon by Great Mount

Stayed here with family. Booked because of the reviews. The place is best suited for family vacations given that the resort is a no-alcohol zone! The facilities are good, especially the play area, swimming pool and the spa. The best part of the resort must be the restaurant! Mr. Dinesh, Ms. Bhuvana and the team at the restaurant make you feel at home with their warm hospitality! The food is tasty and the spread is huge. Make sure you workout after a good meal or you are sure to put on a few kilos during your stay here! Overall a great place to stay within touching distance of many sightseeing places in this part of the world.

Good property with a good douse of family crowd. The magic show was an highlight and really done good by “pappu - the entertainer”. The staff were friendly and the events were organised well. We enjoyed the pool and the food was a real highlight. Excellent chinese and pasta food. If they have one more restaurant it would be nice. There complimentary pack during departure is something new and welcome thing from them. All in all a good place to stay and enjoy for a couple of days.

The Resort is good and staff are great. The food quality is good. Breakfast was free with the booking and I appreciate it a Great deal. It is a little expensive for a place like Pollachi. Hence a free breakfast and a free meal would justify the cost and make more people visit. My suggestion Make an indoor sports room with two tennis court and two badminton courts. You have enough space. I Am sure you can attract lot of people. We will come again. All the best.

The resort is a good place for a leisure stay. With good ambiance and greenery, it is quite a nice and pleasant place. But it did not have any doctor in-house which was a negative. We needed a first aid and no one was there to assist. We need to travel 2km for a dispensary. Otherwise, the staffs are friendly. The food was good and even the indoor games and kids play area were well maintained. I recommend this place for family and couples stay.

Stayed for two nights with family during dasara holidays. Not worth for 8000/ per night. Very small property. Cleanliness and quality of breakfast is good. Activities for the guest is ok. Location is good. Well maintained. Good thing is that they take care well about our driver. Free driver accomodation with food at economical rates is highly appreciated. Need to improve in amenities, breakfast items and infrastructure.

We checked in at around 4. The climate was pleasant though it rained for quite sometime during the evening. We had booked a suite with lawn access. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They had lot of activities during the evening and next morning. The dinner as well as breakfast buffet was excellent in taste though the varieties cud have been more. The staff were very courteous and overall it was good weekend.

The Coco Lagoon by Great Mount have done their best to take care of each and every thing. The staffs were wearing mask all the time. Kept cleaning regularly. We were surprised to see that even buffet was not available- in way which is good during this situation. Should appreciate the staff for their efforts. Made a good choice to visit this resort after 9 months. Thanks a lot.

After a long search of list, we had found coco lagoon, pollachi. A very excotic and luxe place. Very peaceful and naturistic ambiance. Room service and dining services were just awesome. Especially the food menus were very good and tasty. A very recommendable place for both family and couples. Overall rooms, swimming pools, bullock cart rides, and the ambience are good.

We had 2 days stay. Enjoyed the stay. The staffs are very friendly. River walk is the best part, we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is the restaurant. Poor service. No cleanliness, also food taste is average. If they improve the taste and service in restaurant we can enjoy our stay completely. Or else we have to travel long distance to the town to get good food.

Very impressed with the staff especially the manager Mr. Gopinath was so understanding and helpful. Would recommend to families. Awesome location and well maintained. Price of food was slightly on the higher Side. Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days there.

The property is well maintained and clean. There are lots of activities for people of all ages. Nice staff.

It's a pleasant experience. The property is well maintained with activities for children and a nice pool. Food is quite good. Staff is very cordial. On the whole a very nice experience.

Well laid out, a bit of a gem hidden within Pollachi. Tastefully done with Great outdoors! Spent a lovely day with family thanks to the very friendly staff and Great food. The central Lake was a bit disappointing as it eats up a lot of space and does not add any aesthetics or purpose, but overall Great Coco Lagoon by Great Mount and good stay!

Food and the ambiance is good. They have different activities indoor and outdoor. There are some issues with the bugs coming out from false ceiling, but they have moved us to different room after we informed. Rest of the things were fine.
