Positives : 1. Property is good. 2. Beach is 3 mins walk. 3. Staff is kind and courteous. 4. Spacious and clean rooms 5. Well ventilated rooms. Negatives: 1. AC wasn't working as expected. But since it was rainy, we didn't feel the heat. 2. On weekdays breakfast buffet is unavailable. Breakfast was a la carte and orders took time to be served. 3. Swimming pool needs to be maintained.

Everything from the resort scenic beauty, swimming pool, walking distance from Bogmalo Beach, Welcome drink of chilled coconut water, Breakfast and cozy room. The entire resort staff was very friendly and welcoming especially Bhagya, the front desk executive who was very nice and helpful. Overall a memorable and wonderful experience.

coupleThis booking by far is my biggest regret. The hotel staff is rude especially the receptionist with zero sense of customer service. When we were allotted the room both the ac and the fan were not working. They said they would fix it soon so we didn't complain and told them in the meantime we would take a look of the resort. However, the service thereafter was horrible with frequent powercuts throughout our stay. For eg. It was raining g heavily in the morning and the breakfast time was about to end, when we requested the reception to kindly bring an umbrella to the room they rudely denied saying they don't have any. What sort of a resort charging a heavy price doesn't have extra umbrellas for their guest? then there were no bed side table in the room.

coupleThere are few options for vegetarians. Considering a 3 star resort there are very limited options and variety. The taste of food is average and not not worth compared to the price they charge. Staff was helpful. Pool is nice and beach side restaurant joet is good.
