This hotel has the best service. Exact location & area as shown in images. Best food for breakfast lunch and dinner. Clean swimming pool. Clean rooms. Best facilities.

There was no hygiene. No proper cleanliness. Swimming pool for small children was full of green algae. AC was not working properly. No proper wifi connectivity. Drinking water was not there. Need to purchase it. Also price paid for stay was very hugh

Rooms are not clean. Towel provided is very old. Bed is not OK. Single blanket provided for 2 adult 1 child. Mosquito are in the room . Bathroom is also not clean. Breakfast is Okay.

Ambiance is good but room is not there are a lot of mosquitoes interrupting our sleep and cleanliness is not on point so our experience is not that much good

We booked 6 hours before and 2 mins reaching to hotel , the manager calls us that u should cancel your booking from mmt as they have allocated the room to walk in guest. on arrival at the hotel, the swimming pool was so dirty and not well maintained. on demanding refund, they gave us a room in other unit which was in good condition.

Staff behaviour was rude

WORST experience anyone can have at a resort think the owner needs to look into the management. The local people managing the show think they are the owners and have such attitude. Practically no sense of Athiti Devo Bhava. No room service. Pathetic attitude of the staff. On reaching when asked to get my baggage to room they said will take half an hour. as their staff busy with cleaning the checked out rooms. I had to take my baggage to the room myself. Swimming pool is just chlorine water with no effective filtration. At checkout finally helped with one trip of luggage back to my car and i still had some more in room which was to be packed. when asked to bring next set of luggage the housekeeping bluntly says can't you tell to get all luggage at once. when contacted the manager he had the same laid back attitude. Don't ever stay here if comfort and service is your priority.

The Property is good, however rooms are pretty basic with less number of facilities. worst part is that they will keep reminding you about the checkout time from the moment you enter their premises. washroom water flow is very less and also shower were not working when we visited

It was a comfortable stay, staff was good, so helpful, food was so tasty there and was in affordable price, pool was so clean and with good veiw, enjoyed the early morning veiw

No cleaness more mosquitos over expensive food

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights for 3 family's, food was not good, there is an issue with hygiene, and the cleaning is not done properly in all rooms

Good staying place but rooms is very congested. Compared to others hotels good location this hotel. Ac is very good

It was off season and working days the facility has small rooms and very small kitchen. Not value for money

The stay was decent. No hassle as such while checking in. As malvan has a lot of water sports, the agency related to coconut tried to dupe us by selling us a less attractive offer, instead of the actual market offers. Otherwise the stay was hygienic, and the pool was clean, although having little excess chlorine. Cold drinks were sold costlier than mrp. Breakfast wasn't complimentary but had arrangements made on a menu/order basis. All in all a decent experience.

I reached at the hotel in morning. So they allowed for early checkin. This hotel is near to beach. And the stay was good and my group liked it

Worst. Worst. Worst. The place is good. But not maintained properly by the owner. He is totally uncooperative and very very rude. And showing worst attitude. He gives you very very bad and worst room it's not showing in the picture. N if you asking him abt that, he rudely answered you that, you booked online so you get this room. Rooms were not that clean. Basic things were not provided like hand wash, toothpaste. This property is highly not recommended. You have to book at your own risk and spoil your wonderful vacation.

The property is easily connected to beaches. This place is very quiet and clam. Great place to stay in malvan beach.

Room was not clean, washroom was pathetic. No towels, soap provided. Food was pathetic too. Fish was not fresh at all. Everything was bad. Room was on 2 and floor. No assistance for baggages

The bed is not proper, to peaceful l sleep ia very important at night, however the bed is not good provided,
