Resort is very well managed and new. Within this area, it's really a nice resort with basic amenities like parking for 5-6 cars. They have 8 premium rooms (each with 1 king size bed and one sofa cum bed), so easily 3-4 person can accommodate. They also have 2 independent villas (each with 2 king size bed and one sofa cum bed in another), so easily 6-8 person can accommodate. Resort also has temple, fountain, swimming pool, gym, small garden with kids play area. Dining area is also good but with fans (no air conditioning) so sometimes it's tough to manage if you are accompanied with kids and senior citizens. Food service is also slow. Property is just two months old so they are taking time to manage things including buffet complementry breakfast if it's included/purchased with the package. Overall, it's a good resort to spend time with family during a short trip.

Location is quiet away from the beach, but it's good. Property is good, rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Having a huge garden area. Good for kids to play around. Swimming pool water is clean. The only thing that i don't like is food. Food is so boaring. Fish supposed to marinate before cooking. But you really can't feel any salt or flavor inside. Chicken biryani was literally like a chicken fried rice. Same with breakfast, nothing was properly seasoned. The only thing which was tasty is toasted bread n jam. Overall, good Coconut Greenland By Spicy Mango. Just need to work on the kitchen part. As this Coconut Greenland By Spicy Mango is away from the main city so don't have any other food option nearby.

The coconut greenland resort in alibag is a fantastic place to stay! the food made by the local people is delicious, and the amenities like the swimming pool, gym, and play area make it a perfect family-friendly destination. We went for a long weekend and our stay was great. It's maintained very well, the in-house food was good. Limited options but good quality and very low rates compared to city restaurants. Hotel room was clean and had all necessary amenities. We asked for an extra pillow and they obliged. No fuss. There is a swimming pool too. Lots of sightseeing options nearby like alibag, nagaon beach, kashid etc.

Overall the stay was good. Resort is far away from alibaug city. It is small but decent enough to spend quality time with family and friends. Room was clean and tidy. Swimming pool was clean. Food is something the management should look at, quality is not that great. Also not many food joints nearby. We had to go to the city. Overall we liked it and definitely would like to visit again in future.

The resort is quite beautiful and has amenities which include a swimming pool and play area for kids. The resort would be ideal for travellers who plan to stay put in it and enjoy the facilities without going out much. Having your own vehicle would be ideal. The beaches are around 20-30 mins drive from here. Overall my kids and family liked it a lot and would love to visit again.

Had a wonderful stay, kids enjoyed a lot at swimming pool, very nicely and well planned resort with lots of greenery all around, food was very good in taste, everything was perfect, had 2 night stay there, kids wanted to spend more time surely we shall visit again thanks to mr. Rohan manager of the resort given very good service and thanks other staff also.

one of the best stay we had in alibagh till date the rooms were big, clean and spacious staff was very friendly and welcoming view of the resort is just awesome 👍 overall definitely a very good experience and food is also very good especially kanda poha and upma in breakfast was very nice

Beautiful property with great hospitality. We had booked a family room and it was quite spacious and clean. Need improvement in food otherwise it was worth it.

From the vibe to the rooms and the whole atmosphere of this resort is so chill and relaxing that you will not feel like going out of this place. Enjoyed a lot. Very tasty food and friendly staff.

Their ambience was good since it is a newly built property. The swimming pool was good. The food was also good but not all the items were available as mentioned in their menu. They didn't have anything in dessert. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall experience for coconut greenland resort was good, rooms were clean, food was tasty and ground staff was cooperative. Would be planning my next stay but this time with family.

The property is beautifully situated in a place fairly away from city. It is a lovely place with area to walk around, clean and large pool, decent gym and anything else you'd need. The property managers helped us with anything we needed and the food there is real treat as well.

Resort is awesome. Garden and premises are well maintained. Host continuously checked for feedback and if we need something. Food was good too.

Just forgot to give the welcome drink, else everything was good, staff was good, gym was there in the resort.

It was a nice stay. Hotel was beautifully maintained. A suggestion from my side to the Coconut Greenland By Spicy Mango management to work on breakfast… it should have more option as they have kept it very limited
