Coconut Grove Beach Resort

staff is very cool, restaurant staff Mr. Dipak and Vil Roy are taking effort. Location is good, beach is just behind the resort, clean and peaceful beach, food quality is good.

The resort was okish but the restroom was very stinky..also the area is very unsafe with literally no street lights...btw nyc coconuts

Had a worse experience of staying in Coconut Grove resort. PLEASE DON'T get Conned by property photos on the internet. Without permission or information they entered room in absence. Their Super deluxe room charge additional money. Room amenities were not clean and Unhygienic to peak, bad odour, worst housekeeping staff, least brotherly about cleaning. Bad dining & breakfast experience.

Great resort for families. Peaceful and serene. The restaurant services could’ve been better but the food was tasty. The beach is just 2 minutes walk. It’s so secluded that it feels like a private beach.

It was a very excellent place and an excellent location so I would like to tell everyone to visit there

We enjoyed staying at the property. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Cooperative staff. Property is very close to the beach. Food quality is not up to the mark. Service at the restaurant is a bit slow. We definitely would like to revisit this property.

Great beach access and decent pool. But room was quite disappointing. We were first given a room where the bathroom had all kinds of issues, leaking taps, frogs, flush not working. On complaining, we were shifted to a room that was only marginally better. The sheets and floor were clean, but the balcony and chairs were messy. Location was great as they had direct access to the Betalbatim beach.

This Property Is 3rd Class. No Service In the resort. AC TV Refrigerator Not Working. No Cleaning Rooms. we have 8:30 pm check in the hotel - that time main light not working condition, Staff not available, room not working condition and much more. we have discussed with customer care and send pictures of hotel condition but can not sove my issue. also we have requested to updated new room but can not respond from hotel Staff. we have enter room that time we have sea a snack, and that time staff not available, we have many time call but can not respond any person. in the room - ac not working condition, refrigerator not working condition, toilet very bed condition, all experience was so bed. Please we have suggested this hotel booking was so bad and rude experience and not suggesting for booking hotel

Terrible staff.. We booked 4 rooms there. 2 with bathtub and 2 without tub. Check-in time was 1pm, we reached there by 4pm. Even then, rooms were not ready. When asked, manager gave us 2 rooms, which was not the type we booked. With no tubs. No toilet supplies.. No drinking water provided.. Even if we ask for drinking water, they won't supply in time..

stay was good, food was excellent. Need to improve with cleaning. calm and noisefree atmosphere.

location of property is good. calm and peaceful beach of South goa. property needs maintenance. food is disappointing. very limited item in food and that is also not tasty. spacious rooms but need maintenance.

The property has an excellent location. 5 mins from the beach. Beautiful property and very nice warm staff. Allowed us to check in early since we arrived early at the hotel. The rooms could have some improvements such as the bathrooms were not upto the mark, broken toilet seat. We had a pleasant stay at this property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with the added comfort of a bathtub. The food was just okay, not exceptional but manageable. The best part is the location – the beach is just about 100 meters away, which is very convenient. There’s also a small pool for kids, which makes it family-friendly. Overall, a nice place for a short getaway.

Not at all good service, reception members where arrogant, no room cleaning service provide for 2 days, stay, bathtub was not clean fungus was visible.

Nice location.Beach is just 600 MTRS..Less crowded.Food is awesome and icing on the cake is the behaviour of the staff. the rooms are also good but need some renovation. overall highly recomended

Water Was unavailable, Check in Time is very late, Having Problem in Service, Inside Bathroom Complete deteriorated, No cleaning hygiene on daily basis.

I booked deluxe room with bathtub for 2 days. The pool area was good, It had access to betalbatim beach. Food was excellent. Each and every food was delicious. Resort is well mainted and taken care of. Though inside of resort is old. They have put all effort to make it good from outside. Bathtub looked old also it had cracks in it but did had water seepage through cracks. The ceilings of washroom was old and needed paint work. Doors had old latch. The reason I'm giving 5 start review even though there were set backs . The food and hospitality was quite impressive.

I have booked the hotel for.while paying it was exceeded to I have been I haven't received the bifurcation of bill . I will never book any hotel in future
