Coconut Ivy Resort

Good location- very close to the bus stand, multiple restaurants, beaches public transport. The in house food was good, very tasty and well prepared- good quantities too. The complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty. However for breakfast, since young children kids are also there, milk could be part of the complimentary items on the menu. Also some kid friendly food could be added to the regular menu. The room was spacious and clean - regular cleaning was done. A hot water kettle could be an additional amenity provided. The staff were very polite and helpful. The play area could be maintained better-the pool was good. However, changing rooms could be maintained near the pool along with a shower for those staying in the main building to avoid walking through leaving a trail of water; and pool towels could also be provided rather than using the towels given in the rooms. All in all a good place worth the price !

Excellent stay at this resort. Extremely good service provided. View is good. The best part is location, nearest resort from the market. Everything is available nearby. The resort is big enough and has good swimming pool. Yes, the 4 rides which are available needs to be maintained as it seems to be very slippery. The pool is good. Greenery is well maintained around with more than 60 coconut trees. The service staff and the admin staff are really good.

Location of resort is very convenient. Near by st bus stand and market. Room where we have been stayed is opposit to swimming pool, well maintained and comfortable. Staff was courteous and available at any time. Food was excellent tempted us to eat at resort only. We have taken the stay only facility therefore not entitled to free breakfast. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

We booked the Coconut Ivy Resort and reached there one day earlier in confusion but the Coconut Ivy Resort receptionist was gud, he provide us our room. We toured all beaches but came back to Coconut Ivy Resort swimming pool for refresh. The staffs were all ready to act on our request. I love my stay. It was peaceful.

Resort is located at heart of city. Very close to alibaug beach. Stay was value for money. Resort has maintained clean and hygienic at all the place. There is Coconut Ivy Resort, indoor games, swimming pool inside the resort. Garden area adds good ambience to the place. Staff behaviour is good.

1) it's situated in city but we don't feel like city vibes in resort their whole surrounding gives us beachy vibes. 2) rooms are perfect 3) breakfast, very good. Just add ginger in tea. 4) customer service, great Overall experience for me was enjoyable. Don't forget to swim in pool😅

Great resort, "friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The resort is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. "

The location of the property was excellent surrounded by coconut trees with open space having. Swimming pool and seat out areas food was fine and service was excelkent highly recommended for a week end sojourn go for their super deluxe room with bath tub value for money

Beautiful resort. Staff was very supportive and polite. Interior and room was also very nice. Only quality of food should be improved and game zone like table tennis and snooker pool should be maintained. We enjoy lots

At first the look of the property did give me goosebumps but after a while it was a nice place as the basics i. E. Rooms were clean. Nice place to stay with family.

It was a really nice property very close to the city, and very nice pool, room was spacious and clean, the food was the awesome. I would recommend not to go outside for any meals
