Excellent hospitality . Special Thanks to Tijo Font office Manager , Dinesh restaurant Manager they are very cooperative . Also special thanks to Thomas & Anamika, exceptional servicing in restaurant . Both are very energetic . Staffs were very calm and smiley faces ,felt like am at HOME . Food was exceptional got a chance taste real Kerala foods. Got an opportunity to have tea from Shanthamma Aunty , she is really admirable personality . During my stay i celebrated my wedding anniversary . Before check in i requested Mr.Vineeth to order one cake . But on my Anniversary day entire resort staffs are started wishing me and most of them came with flower . Staffs taken a group pic with my family . This stay was a wonderful experience for me and my family . We already planned our next vacation time in CGH . Thank you Team CGH Kumarakom ....

My stay at Coconut Lagoon Hotel in Kumarakom was exceptional. The location along Vembanad Lake was breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and tranquility. The food was a highlight, with authentic Kerala cuisine that delighted my taste buds, especially the appam and stew. Amenities like the infinity pool and Ayurvedic spa provided perfect relaxation options. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Their personalized service, including a thoughtful birthday surprise, made me feel truly valued. I highly recommend Coconut Lagoon for anyone seeking a serene getaway in beautiful Kerala!

My wife and I had a great experience at Coconut Lagoon. Our room (Heritage Mansion) was very spacious and comfortable. A lot of wood has been used in the room, which gives a wonderful, old world charm. The open air bathroom was a new and very different, enjoyable experience!! The food was exceptional; for vegetarians like us, there was always a wide choice available. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Being located on the banks of Lake Vembanadu, Coconut Lagoon makes for an unforgettable holiday. Definitely a place I'd strongly recommend to my friends and family!!

we had 2 days stay at cgh kumarakom..the whole staff were very friendly and helpful...the naturalist inaddition to the eco tour gave a thorogh insight into the motto of ' minimum damage to our earth ' and how cgh accomplishes it..kids had a great time with activities like turtle and fish feeding ..the friendly and helpful nature of the staffs from the restaurant ,reception, house keeping ,even gardener and pool assistant are noteworthy..theses were additional pecks to the serene beauty there ..overall we had a great experience

Overall a good experience. The location of the property is bang on - the view is amazing. Food - 3/5. Continental cuisine served can be improved a lot. Authentic kerela food was really good. Hospitality - wasn’t the same that we expected at a cg h earth property when compared to other cg h properties. Activities and experiences at the resort are very good especially the sunset boat cruise. Tl;dr this was more of a commercial / hyped experience at a resort vs other cg h experiences like at marari or wayanad wild.

Cgh coconut lagoon was a mesmerizing experience for our family. We enjoyed the sunset cruise offered , the birdwatching experience , clay craft and the delicious food offered. Special mention to Mr. Pratheesh , the naturalist for the detailed explanations he provided during the sunset cruise and the birdwatching sessions. The view from the resort to Vembanad lake was truly splendid. Thanks to the courteous staff for the amazing hospitality.

Coconut Lagoon Resort offers a serene escape with stunning backwater views, traditional Kerala-style cottages, and exceptional hospitality. The lush greenery, delicious local cuisine, and eco-friendly vibe make for a rejuvenating stay. While the experience was overall fantastic, a bit more variety in activities would have made it perfect. A must-visit for nature lovers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Authenticity as it’s best 😍. Completely mind blown with the hospitality , property is so beautiful . All activities like sunset cruise , bird watching , butterfly garden are totally worth it . It has a feeling of Indian classical music like flute , tabla, harmonium . Hi tea with boat aunty is so unique .

A piece of heaven tucked away in kerala backwaters. This place is a must go if you wish to experience kerala while staying safe. The staff is courteous and hospitable, food yummy and location so very dreamy.

Excellent food and wonderful staff. Property truly follows sustainable values which was really impressive. The fact that they take us in a boat to the resort since resort is in middle of backwaters is beautiful. Must stay resort if u ever go to Kumarakom

The stay was outstanding and we had booked a heritage mansion. I would really call out the exceptional hospitality and the effort that the staff put in to make us feel very comfortable.
