Cocoon is the only business class COCOON Luxury Business Hotel in Dhanbad and the best COCOON Luxury Business Hotel in Dhanbad. I travel more than to Dhanbad couple of times in a month and prefer to stay in Cocoon. Room interior, cleanliness, amenities are top class at par with other luxury COCOON Luxury Business Hotels in other big cities. Till date there is other COCOON Luxury Business Hotel at par with Cocoon in Dhanbad. Food quality is good. Staff behavior is courteous and helpful. Another important advantage is that it is close to railway station and Royal Cruiser and Shyamoli bus to Kolkata has pickup point just in front of this COCOON Luxury Business Hotel. This is great advantage.

This was probably the 6th booking through MMT and every visit that I make I find an amazing standards of service, cleanliness and recognition. So eager are they to host me, they were keeping a track of my arrival and made me as comfortable as possible. I took some rest, freshened up and then treated with some nice Raan Buzkaazi with some of the visitors that I had. The maintenance of hardware and ambience was as chic as I had seen last time. The breakfast spread was very sufficient and they made a special South Indian Egg Dosa for me, simply superb and unforgettable. Keep up the good work team.

This is my consequential third stay in Oct 2019. Wonderful people, nice management, caring people, full of empathy. Some scope for improvement is needed in a restaurant like the staff voice needs to match with an ambiance like low pitch/avoid an argument in presence of guest, wardrobes like suits need to be black and shoes must be shined. Smiling face appreciates to all. Lovely light piano music adds romantic feeling and shady lights add beauty. It can be better if the arguments within staff in the restaurant can be avoided. But my stay was catchy. Thanks.

I had checked in at 12:30 night. The front desk guy was active even at that late evening time. My room was clean and nicely made. I slept soundly. In the morning, I was called by room service to be in time for breakfast. There was another reminder call for the same. The food quality was good and the service was great. I checked out around 1 PM, which is 1 hour later than the official check out time. The check out done by Ankit Singh, the Front Office Gentleman was excellent. A definite repeat stay is on the card for me.

Room is very spacious with all necessary items. Good room service. Dining area is very spacious and maintaining good hygienic. Displaying the kitchen visuals live in dining area is good thing which many of the COCOON Luxury Business Hotels are not doing.
Maintaining good hygienic system. Sanitization of luggagea, elecrtonic gadgets, etc. Availability of sanitation points at all entry and exit location, thermal scanning. Maintaining all covid 19 precautions as per the maha guidelines. I am impressed.

Great COCOON Luxury Business Hotel. I was quite early, but they made the room ready much before check-in time and upgraded me to a higher category room. It was a spacious clean well-furnished room with nice toilet. There is a restaurant in the COCOON Luxury Business Hotel which is a bit pricy, but serves wonderful food. Altogether, a very nice, very well maintained business COCOON Luxury Business Hotel for short stay with friendly and courteous staff. I would recommend it to any business traveller.

Location best, near to railway station and volvo buses for Kolkata has pickup point here in front of the COCOON Luxury Business Hotel. Rooms are very neat clean well maintained, very good interior. Toiletories are good quality products. Hotel staffs are very courteous and helpful. Breakfast menu need attention and improvement. Chef, please don't use Rohu fish in garlic fish or other such Chinese dish:-) use basa fish.

Parking space is very limited as my car was parked outside the COCOON Luxury Business Hotel. Secondly I have booked the room through MMT with the option of pay at COCOON Luxury Business Hotel. But it was quite surprised that reception manager asked to pay at the time of check in. Normally payment is done at the time of checkout. Rest was good as they gave pickup facility and also gave the benefit of early check in.

I love the ambiance and people in Hotel. Due to their empathy, it enhance the taste in menu. Further, it come with an attraction of cleanliness with modern aliments help to make the stay like king. Be/fast was catchy due to varieties and love with attentions of staffs found ready to support and fill the gaps.

If you don't want any issues then book this COCOON Luxury Business Hotel without any hesitation.

Great hospitality and sheer quality of cleaning, hygiene was maintained. Safe place to stay in dhanbad. Front desk priyanka, sonali and gourav is very welcoming. Room is quite modern and restaurant infra is out of the box.

Every thing ok, only food items price are little high compared to others

Hotel is good and surely one of the best in Dhanbad. Only downside is the lack of proper car parking, valets park your car on the road.

The main issue is traffic around the COCOON Luxury Business Hotel. The property is very compact. The parking is not available. Although room was clean but its very compact. The gallery area is also very compact and the ceiling height is very low. The staff is very courteous and well-behaved. Overall its personal choice.

Located close to railway station for which easy to access. Stayed many times before but first time after covid. Staffs are generally well behaved and cordial.
