one of the worst experience waste of money unhygienic. bathroom and room. horrible experience.i have no other words to explain the condition of room.

I stayed at this property recently, and it was not a good experience. The biggest issue was that the room was full of cockroaches. I saw them both day and night, which made it really uncomfortable to stay.

Hi, the hotel Collection O 29 Church’s Inn was very average. The rooms are very old and wash room no lock, washbasin pipe not working, hot water is not available as we required time, room walls are paints teared and cockroach roaming around. The cub board are not clean. Reception not picking the phone. Only positive is Bed is comfortable and price is affordable.

No food available at property, rooms, batgrooms, bed and bedsheets are third quality

cleaning service has not been available for the last 2 days, no water, no wifi, towel is not cleaned and many issues like bath shop not available

Facilities- Stinking rooms, dirty beds, flush was not working in toilet, sink was not working, No towels

Waste of money no amenity poorly maintained propery .what is MMT onboarding criteria ? Pathetic

No cleanliness at all no hot water nothing works bed is broken there are lot of stains in the wall and there are bugs in the bed

room was so dirty and old and place of termites and most terrible thing happen is that bedsheet has several stain on it

Towel was not given. Very poorly maintained rooms. No drinking glasses

Horrible experience i had there no a/c’s are working washroom is so dirty even doors locks are also not working properly.even i have not stayed there for 1 hr after seeing the condition i have checkout immediately

Dirty linen. Unwashed & stained bedsheet & blanket & towel. Every item smelt of smoke. Wardrobe dirty. No bin. Bathroom broken. No toilet paper. Hot water available for little time after 8 am. Noisy staff. Check-in took almost 1hour when i was just standing at counter. Overall shady and extremely dirty. Unhelpful staff.

In the description it was written Air conditioned room and TV Now the room that my father got was without AC and TV

Worst experience. Dirty room, dirty bed, no hot water, cleanness bathroom. Rude behaviour of staff. No aircondition. I never recommend any one. Know kindly avoid to book this hotel.

The room was not clean. There were hair on the bed and no dustbin in the room. It was very shady. Bad experience.
