all staff members behaviour like too much rude and feel so bad .. please don't book this hotel again

I feel that Rooms should be more clean and the door knob of the bathroom was also not working.

rooms paints was completely terrible. Leakage from sealing of bathroom. During the time of check out all staffs will follow you and force you for tips. Very annoying and embarrassing even though if you deny they will surround you and say many things. Their management should work on these things otherwise soon it will get close

Worst, bed and pillow were smelling, ac dint work whole night. Staff was cooperative but hotel and room were pathetic

Room has water leakage, Broken window in bathroom, Geyser is not connected to the shower, you have to collect water in bucket and mix, the room specifications doesn't match with photos shown.

Hotel staff behaviour is very bad with guest

The hotel is very dirty . Cockroaches roming around the floor and bed . The room is untidy and very old . The bathroom is very smelly and unclean . Suggest everyone to never go there .

The location is good, but the room was smaller according to information. They don't allow outside food but make my trip show property allowed outside food which is totally wrong. Makemytrip should change the information asap. And the bed was uncomfortable with an old mattress

Hotel and staff none of them are good. room pictures are different than the hotel room which hotel provides in the name of classic room.

The very worst experience in that hotel i stayed for 2 nights 3 days but they give me water leakage rooms with a bad smell on the floor and room blanket are not clean. They are not allowed outside food and they don't have a restaurant in the hotel they will arrange food from outside street food and charge 3x i am very disappointed room service man came inside the room every time and staring my wife, i suffered on 1st day of stay till midnight 1 o clock to change the room. I just keep quiet because i paid full payment, very very worst experience

I called the hotel from my allotted room as the bathroom light was not working, but the manager did not responded as desired and also talked with us in an appropriate behaviour like was asking to vacate the hotel.
