Collection O Ark Residency

At the first the hotel owner is rude, and the second thing he asked thousand rupees for extra to stay here even though we payed everything thorough makemytrip third : the was not cleaned and bedsheet was not washed so totally i passed a worst night in this so called o ark residency

Please don't book from make my trip to this hotel

I went to hotel at 10pm. They denied my check-in and asked extra rs. 400. Finally after many discussions with costumer care, they give one worst room. 1. Ac doesn't work 2. Damaged room 3. Room is not cleaned 4. Didn't provided towels and accessories. 5. Fan also not works properly. 6. Uncleanness bedspread and pillows. 7. Uncleanness bathroom. Better to avoid this hotel. It's really worst experience.

Property listed by all amenities having like tv, heater, and i seen a bed 120 sq-ft king size but they prive 60 sq ft room only. Without amenities. Check once. If u book. My experience.

Inappropriate rates. Lack of room availability which we already booked and money was debited. After bookings, while reaching the hotel, they are saying that rooms are not available, and they are arranging other hotels which is not convenient to stay. Same day, while booking for 3 nights in one hotel, and the rate they say at the hotel is 3 times the amount displayed in make my trip. Truly pathetic. And cheating
