Services were pathetic, room was dirty as hell, wash basin had a leak, there is the mirror inside the bathroom which technically is window to cover the lift wires and it was broken. Room services are so pathetic that when we asked them to clean the room they said we can’t do it as cleaner comes in the morning only. Bedsheet, towels, pillow were dirty as hell. Room latch was broken. Overall horrible experience and i would strongly recommend everyone to not book this hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff showed no responsibility in resolving basic issues. The room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not at all worth the money. • The AC was not working properly. • Water supply issues made the stay unbearable. • Cleanliness was highly neglected – even the towels were dirty. • Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, this hotel completely ruined my stay. I would strongly advise others not to book this property if they want even a minimum level of comfort and service.

Hotel was very poor… there was no room service no food no water nothing. Condition of rooms were so bad.

Dear MMT I have planned many journeys with MMT but this time it surprised me that only what MMT showed on its app was not found in reality. Out of 4 rooms as shown in the pic of the app, only 1 room is provided as MMT claimed. The remaining 3 rooms were dirty, filthy with bad smells, unavailability of water. So first of all pls raise the issue with the concerned and initiate a compensation for this experience at the earliest.

Great hotel with great services. The room was tidy, and the pool area was just right for lounging around. Had fun here!

We book our stay with breakfast.. But when we reached there they told us they have no breakfast facility available..

There was no breakfast in hotel. We were charged for that also. Mattress was terrible. No Wifi network in rooms. No parking facility.

Amenities were nothing as compared to what was promised. Services were also terrible, I had to ask for body wash refill several times to get one

Worst stay overpriced staff was rude and i booked 2 rooms which was given one at 4th floor another at ground floor

It was a comfortable stay, bed were clean and water was hot when required. Recommended stay location, everything you will need, shops breakfast lunch and dinner are all just beside the hotel.

As per price, overall experience was very bad. Rooms are too short & also not good maintained. Too old doors & other things which were in very bad condition. Electric kettle was not working also complimentary things were not available like water & tea bag. Food was pathetic & very poor quality services. Also suggestion for mm t that this hotel price should be 1k-2k not more than that

Basic amenities was not there. Both the rooms didn't have any window. Exhaust fan in my washroom was not working. Room was small. I had found far beautiful room at a cost of rs. 1, 500 whereas i had to shell out 2k for this small hotel.
