Room and ambience fine but the maintenance is low and the night shift receptionist is not that friendly as much because we had waited for 10 to 15 mins and that to at 12:00am in the night

Rate is high when compared to other hotels booking app, cost is so high ,me booked in ur app,my friend booked in other app same hotel , difference in room is nearly 400 to 500

average experience, no freewater bottle, no kettle, no towel. good for one night rest only, but not good for long stay

Stayed over the weekend with friends. The place was clean, the atmosphere was chill, and staff was always around when we needed anything.

We stopped here during our road trip. The hotel had good parking, clean restrooms, and comfortable rooms. Staff was very cooperative.

The stay was horrible,room was unclean,bed sheets were not washed dirty,towels were smelly,Ac was not working properly,fan was not working,when asked with the manager,he was very rude and said no other rooms were available,if I want I can stay or leave with out refund! Had to stay that night with no option! I'm disappointed for collaborating with such unprofessional hotels ! Amenities are plain bull shit, manager did not care when I said I will complain ! worst experience!

I’ve stayed here 3 nights. Nearer to the bus stop and the highway. Cleanliness need to be improved. Overall a reasonable hotel for an affordable price

The Location was good. No food was served or available. TV was not working. Except for the reception person, nobody else was seen to give or offer any service.

The hotel service is terrible. The AC was not working. I noticed there was no chain on the door to lock it from inside. Felt unsafe. No toiletries given. After much ask they gave. Also my booking included complimentary breakfast in morning but they said they don't have any such service. So I was charged extra for breakfast while booking but they didn't provide.

the rooms are good and spacious. my experience is good. Easy to find the Hotel. Near to the airport and near to the Market

As soon as i reached, the hotel was a bit tough to locate. However, after entering it, it took a while around 30-45 mins for them to allocate a room and check me in. The room was okay. Nothing too crazy. I got what i paid for, i guess. There was an a/c, but it wasn't working? i dunno, but the fan worked. Cleanliness of the room in general, could've been better. Decent stay, i'd say. Not bad in any way.

No proper door locking at my room, and no proper water to drink. Bathroom is not upto the room. It's a bit dirty and not maintained. No parking space we asked for one hour of extra time for checkout the reception was not cooperative
