The beds were very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and tidy.

The hotel's beauty and the service made our stay perfect.

The room were really good, with this i would like to appreciate the staff for there way of greeting guests.

Very bad experience. As i booked through make my trip app. Hotel personal asked extra money to check in and the hotel was also not cleaned properly. Never visit this hotel with family. It's only for boyfriend and girlfriend who is visiting hotels for 2 hours to finish their needs. Make my trip team should categories this hotel not for family. As if anyone going with family will feel very guilty. Maky my trip team should refund whole amount for this booking as i've also raised complaint to thier team.

Room was very dirty and dark. Everywhere you smell. There were no hot water in our room

Room was full of cockroaches & other bugs. On request other room was provided, which was also full of insects.

The front desk was rude & asked extra amount for check in and said you have to pay extra if you want to stay. At that moment due to time constrain there was no other option so i paid but rooms were also quiet bad in terms of cleaning and overall experience in not good.

I would request everyone those who are reading my review please please please please dont book this hotel at any cost, they will ask you for more money like i booked for 1k they have asked for more 300 otherwise they deny your check in as happened with my friend, no one will help you not even make my trip finally your time money waste.

Room fan was not working and after complaining about, hotel does not pay any heed no cleaniness in room very terrible service

This is the worst hotel in my life. No water in washbasin no water in wc. Linen was very dirty stain on pillow. Totally stinky room. I paid full amount online but as usual they changed 200 extra. While receptionist was saying we do not accept booking.

Charged extra money, no service. Wifi didn’t work

It’s really terrible experience. No one asks you anything. No soap, shampoo, hand wash. Untidy and smelly room. Ac quality so poor.

The stay was terrible, i booked the room 600 but when i got there, the owner said we don't give room for 600 so then he told us to pay 230 more. So just update the prices of your app or tell these owners to give room at the booking price which is shown on your app.

The rates were different than what the hotel offered. They demanded extra money for allocation of rooms and i paid rs. 800- for checkin. Such hotels should be removed.

Stay was ok, rooms were reasonable but the staff was rude and demanded extra money at the time of checkin.
