water is not provided and they are charging extra money for stay which is completely wrong no food no amenities and no services are provided

no power back up, water supply to washroom/bathroom is worst , on the time of check in they say we dont accept onlne booking,than u have to raise your voice for that

low class hotel.bed room is not clean.. bathroom is full block totally very bad.

They had taken more amount then my booking amount in cash. Staff said that we dont know anything and you have to pay 1000 otherwise we dont give you room

The hotel was very secluded and doesn't appear to be at a place where you would expect a hotel (in a small street in between residential flats. The bathroom was missing basic essential things. There were stains on the comforter and room was quite small in size. The overall area was not one of the best place to stay along with your family. No parking space.

The hotel was terrible. Unsafe area and moreover the hotel was not with the same name mentioned on make my trip. The worst stay. They charged extra 1400 rs apart from the already paid amount

Hote manager charge rs. 200-extra & room no. 107 there tv & door lock not functioning fan to much dirty and there no arrangements of tea etc. He told that our room booking start from rs. 1200 and you pay rs. 1010 hence remening amout 2oo paid here

Very terrible property, extremely rude staff, tobacco stains on beds, uncomfortable mattresses, highly disturbing surrounding. Even the staff threatened us. I checked out of the property within an hour of check in. Need refund.
