First photo shows drainage water infront of the lodge second photo shows one window glass completely broken. Any one can enter in to the room through it no room service no food no maintenance originally the hotel was good but due to non maintenance, now the rooms are horrible

Room & location is good hotel in main market

They told me to pay extra 581 rupees. I had done my booking well before and had done the payment also still i had to pay extra amount. Was not happy with that.

there’s very dirty towels, bed sheets n blankets. every corner hv a cockroaches 🪳. washroom taps also damaged. there’s is no service boy for room service.room intercom also not working.so plz don’t stay in this hotel. vvvv terrible stay in this hotel.

5. Wors experience ever, hotel denied my booking

They are using wout wash bed sheets n they deny early ch k in 10 am

Bed linen is dirty i have asked for changed he told that that is new bedsheet.

It’s exactly opposite of how it looks in the pictures, room without food was stated at 55 aed and room with breakfast and lunch/dinner at 82, i took, the hotel staff were so unprofessional that they were making gestures as if am joking. Stating that we don’t even have a restaurant how can we offer food. Terrible not even towels in the room. Worst bathroom rusted pipes and fitting. Can’t say more.

I booked for this booking but still the hotel charged me extra amount stating what i paid is less and not the actual hotel charges. On top of that, they denied breakfast which was included in my booking. Staff isn't polite and even rooms aren't properly cleaned. Huge parking problem, since it's a busy location, they didn't even have parking facility for the guests. Highly this hotel is not recommended. Better you choose different property in the same location. Thanks for mm t for looking into this matter and re-imbursing the extra amount.

Location is not quite good but it's okk near chennai beach station.

Most of the things i the room was broken. Wind-om was also broken. Mirror too. Washroom wasn't clean. Bed sheet was dirty. Smelly room very bad experience

The area is too much conjusted and the bed sheets were not washed properly. Complementary breakfast is not up to the standards

Good and clean rooms, had a nice stay, but need massive improvements on services which though included but was not provided, like breakfast, in-house restaurant not operative also being a classy restaurant in a prime area you expect toiletries and refrigerator in the room as we as a guest expect this basic necessities which is the norm in this class of hotels,

Worst experience, staff is so rude hospitality 1 star / worst worst and worst. No. Don’t recommend

First of all, I have high expectations from Oyo, MMT. I was initially happy with the way the room look. However the moment I entered in the bathroom, I felt disgusted. It was not cleaned and it is full of mosquitoes. Also after opening the door, the mosquitoes entered the room and I have terrible experience in the entire night. Hotel reception sent a guy with an agarbatti to kill mosquitoes instead of cleaning the room. Also the blankets and towels, which were placed are not washed in a while, you can easily sense the dirt. I used my own towel. I will not forget this in the near term. An absolute disaster.
