I was disappointed and i am not happy. the hotel name showing as "collection o hotel continental" with beautiful photographs of the hotel and rooms but when i reached hotel location and couldn't found the hotel. After enquiring with nearby i found one hotel namely "harrison's" when i asked harrison hotel staff then they told me that harison's is continental both are same and they shown my booking in their computer. I tried calling for refund and/or cancellation but unable to reach their customer care services, due lack of other alternative and support i forced myself to stay their on 18th april night. should take necessary steps to improve its services and stop manipulating it's customer's

All staffs are good and room was also good. If you want to stay here please stay. Also very couple friendly.

Good hotel not best ac not working properly after told they change room and in breakfast they give fungus toast and butter
