Not received room payment paid but not booking restaurant so money refund me pls time wested my journey west trust make my trip but cheating make my trip pls retun my money

very worst experience had from this hotel, they are demanding double the amount for staying .I ordered the hotel for 492 but the receptionist demanding me 1300 .I cancelled the hotel and stay in another hotel .for that I have waited more than 1 hour. they are not supposed to listed the hotel in the MakeMyTrip app. the receptionist also very rude and he not able to understand our language he simply denied the booking and ask refund from MakeMyTrip ..very very worst... I will give only 0 star.. 1 star also high for this worst hotel.

Bad room condition, no cleaning, bad smell across room. charged extra amount at the time of check in. prices mentioned on online portal

On arrival at the property, it was informed that room is not available. Further attitude was to "go to hell" by the property manager. He says, go and complain with makemytrip. Property was locked up leaving the customer on road. Makemytrip consumer number also could not arrange alternate nearby. I will never trust this makemytrip again.

The water is not coming from tap smell in room n they took extra money for hotel

Please black list or remove this hotel, they demand double amount on top of what we have booked for. Otherwise property manager ask us to leave the premises, he is rude and doesn't respect guests. In spite of negative feedbacks on this hotel, i took risk and atlast ended up in road. Upon calling makemytrip, they asked me to give mobile to discuss with manager. But he rejected for any talks. When mm t called directly they dint respond. Larer mm t shifted me to another nearby property.

The staff is friendly, and it feels cozy, creating a friendly and inviting place.

The hotel has charged me extra 600 ruppees for the stay and he even not shared the bill. I have checked out yesterday
