I m staying room no 104. Heater is not working. So i can't get hotwater. Wifi connection is poor on that room. Light and fan switch is near to the main door. Not in the bed. So if u wake up every time u can change fan speed.

It was good and easily accessible to commute to the office, the hotel staff was cooperative and had no issues with food and transport

I travel on business every month and I’ve been using this hotel for the last three months. The previous two experiences were excellent staff were polite rooms are clean the toilet with all its accessories. A new and I was happy. This time though after booking When I arrived they asked me to buy extra money as they said they had conflict with OYO. I booked my hotel , but they insisted on paying extra when j arrived. I believe this is not a great and ethical practice when they allowed customers to book a hotel at a competitive rate and then charge them extra saying they’re not able to make ends meet. Other than this negative experience every thing else is still excellent. I’m taking away one star for this incident.

They asked me to pay extra money. No water at the hotel when i asked the hotel for an issue no one was responding. One of the worst stays i have ever stayed in. Really pathetic. Terrible experience. I wouldn't not recommend to stay here.

The staff was good and polite. However the higiene was not up to the mark, bedsheets and blankets were not so clean. Ac was not working properly, which cased a lot of saffication.

The properties location was great and beds are clean rooms are clean even all the toilet accessories were clean. I love this place because unlike a few other hotels, these folks allow complimentary check-in early or the regular check-in time which is lovely. I discovered this place as my regular hotel started charging more for early check-in, which is just an hour and a half in my case every month.

We had a lovely time at this hotel! the employees at this hotel are trained to be extremely polite and helpful.

No complaints here, the bed was comfortable, and the stay was simple.

Location: its perfect cleanliness : good staff : very helpful. But they don't provide you with essentials like soap, tooth brush, shampoo etc. If you don't care about it, the room is a perfect choice. Just take a bus from the electronic city bustop towards the silk board direction and deboard the very next stop. Auto-wallah will charge you 100, but the bus will cost you only 5 rs.

The staff is friendly, and the seating was very comfortable. Nice place for stay.

Location, hotel staff, room. Facilities in the room, every thing was good. Earlier we were given a small room but on our complaint room was changed after some time. Hotel was clean. Behavior of the staff was very good.

They didn't give us room they said no rooms available there so we requested for refund. That night we didn't get room and we spend the rest in bus stop

Rooms was good as we expected. At this price it is more worth in electronic city. Situated in main area near to bus stand and hotels.
