Terrible Stay

The hotel didn't confirm my booking on arrival i had to leave the hotel. Because they said they haven't received any email from makemy trip regarding my booking. And upon showing my booking status on my phone still they weren't convinced and asked me to pay offline and make fresh booking. It was a very bad experience with makemytrip. Inf-act i immediately regretted after booking. Please call the hotel and find out. And if possible get my refund back.
