The staff was very rude

Tv was there but no set top box so how one will view it 🥸. On demand also they didn’t provide . Rest everything was average.

This is so bed room the hotal staff was very bed room has not tb room is so dirty

Best place for couples stay and good service bed and bathroom cleaning rooms condition good.

I booked my room and paid the amount, i got my confirmation mail, that your room is booked, but at the time of check-in they charged me 500 extra, at late night i was not having any choice to go, so i paid, worst hotel i ever visit.

Do not visit this hotel thé manager has taken extra amount after booking nd which he has nốt refunded

i had one of the terrible experience of my life with *oyo collection o 77556* the staff was so rude and did not let me check-in.my check-in was denied by the staff at arrival.the staff made me wait for more than an hour without any explanation or justification.i was asked to pay ₹2250 extra on top of the payment i have already made.this hotel is a nightmare for me. i would never recommend to visit this hotel to anyone.

Me and my wife stayed there, the hotel and staff was disgusting, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the tv cabinet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, towels and the water bottle even were not available, and we found a used oil bottle inside our room, we received a single pillow in the room and the overall room was very dirty. And the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional he gave us a room without a key and he said your room is not having any keys you can lock from inside. Dont go there very dirty hotel
