soloIt was horrible stay 9nights at this hotel sfaff and managers are very rude with very bad manners. They don't even clean the rooms even after request them. Location is quit good. My worst stay ever. Never go to this hotel guy's.

it was a worst hotel i ever stayed. first of all he was fighting with all guests foe online booking. there was heavy rain and power cut, but he didn't turn on his generator after requesting as well. room was not clean. tv was not working. when asked he said recharge has not been done. bed light was not there. it was simply horrible. i have not clicked any pic as there was no light 😕

businessFirst of all they refused to provide room at the mm t rates and were rude. Later the owner told on phone that i need to pay extra 500 rs per night and that too without including ac. The staff also mentioned that they don’t entertain guests from mm t which was shocking and sad. Only i know how much i suffered during this booking.

When i called the manager he said i don't have a booking for the property and i was forced to relocate to a different hotel. Very unprofessional.

Hygiene was at its best and talking about safety, so I would like to say that the owners are so good that they took care of us all the time. They were ready to go and search the cab driver booked by us even at 3 a.m. We really felt touched staying here. Will surely book this same hotel next time when we have to go to hyderabad.
