🚫😔 Had the worst experience! The lack of hygiene & cleanliness was a major letdown! 🤢 The room was unkempt, with dirty linens, and unpleasant odors🛏️🤢 Even the bathroom was far from being sanitary, and it's something that should be a top priority in any accommodation! 🚽😣 🚫 Not only that, but the overall ambiance was off-putting, making it hard to relax and enjoy my stay. 😫 The furniture looked worn-out and dusty, making me wonder when was the last time they did a proper cleaning. 🛋️🦠 🚫 The customer service wasn't much better. Worst hotel with no land-line at reception, no water. Untrained person at reception. Rooms are very dirty with cockroaches, spots, water leakage. Lights inside room are dim. Lifts not working.

Room and floor was dirty. Water leakage from ac. No help from hotel staff after reporting as well. Power outage lot of times. No hot water. No proper blankets and mattrees and that too no proper lights in room. Very worst experience with hotel. Also no towels, no water bottles etc

Denied early check in. Had informed them of early check in. The hotel has a different name then the name in makemytrip. I checked into a different hotel.

Location of the hotel is in the centre of panjim that’s is the highlight of this hotel. Center table facility is useful also

We had a very bad experience at the hotel during our stay. The room lacked basic hygiene and looked as if it was not cleaned for ages. The linen was dirty and so was the bathroom. Even the service quality was poor. We were not given water and had to request multiple times for the same. In addition to this the wifi was not working.

Very bad stay and under a room many cocroches and dirty room not good and very headache room not cleanness.

First- the check in time was 12 am but they don't allow us to go to the room because of cleaning and the very rude behaviour of the receptionist. Second- wifi is not working and the bedsheet was not clean and when we called for room service they did not answer a single call from us. Overall not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Hotel conditions are very bad, bed are not comfortable for sleeping, floor are not clean properly, no mobile charging points, bathroom are not good I booked for 2 days but due to bad condition of room i leave next day There are cockroaches in rooms and bed

The room is very comfortable and much big and washroom and room is very clean, outside area is also nice, so very recommended if you stay in panji

The room 103 was spacious. No issues with ac, hot water. Everything was good and value for money.

Must not visit here. Terrible n abusive behaviour by owner. We don't want any one else to suffer in the sme way

Very worst. They charge double amount wen mmt show no rooms. Dey need to focus on cleanliness and some maintenance work. Even der was issue in ac. Don't have power backup. 0. 5 out of 5

Receptionist lady is very rude to customers, service is not proper, check-in time is difficult for every customer, cleaning is average, need to increase charging points and light bulbs in the room, all room facilities not provided excluded handwash and one towel only. Otherwise location is good for traveling to casinos, and church.

Although in heart of city, it has extreme poor services like below - no break fast - no hot water - unchanged linen - not so friendly staff to help with luggage - water cans have green patches - bathrooms with cockroaches - no soap or shampoo

I had booked this property for july stay. In middle of monsoon. Entire room had mold smell. Breakfast didn't have variety and taste was average. Room was clean, location is strategic amid-st colorful homes of fontainhas area. Hot water was available throught the day. Staff is humble and helpful

Very bad experience staff is rudely behaving, no breakfast, no water, no towel, no cleaning is very bad service is very bad hotel. I m not stay next time
