I was allowed to stay in the room by which big mullah of Ashi ghat flowed. When I opened the door of balcony huge smell make me allergic. That was a terrifying stay in my life in a scare city of Benaras

the hotel room was very clean and it was very specious, The staff were very nice and cooperative. overall the experience was excellent. I got a room with a balcony and the balcony was very spacious. the room service and food delivery was so good. Highly recommended for staying with friends and family, and it is very near to the Assi Ghat (3-4 min walk).

I would say if you are booking a classic room then you will face difficulty with the room size and it's interior otherwise it is near to all main tourist spots like assi Ghat, sankat mochan, manas temple and others. I would recommend everyone if you are looking for a budget friendly and good location then this hotel is the best. Staff was polite and helpful and assigned us the room we wanted or you can say the room we paid for. Overall it was a good experience. and no this review is not paid ( Ha Ha )

Check in was fast even though I got there early. Could drop bags and head straight to lunch meeting across town.

We are 70 + yrs. We selected Paradise Residency for lift. The lift didn't work. 55 steps 🪜 to climb. No tea till 8 am. Food, testless, delivery from outside took time. TV didn't function. Pillows too thick and inconvenient. Even the tablecloth torn. Too loud water hammer evey time flushed.
